Was packaged safely and exceeded my expectations. I purchased this in good condition and there were barely any scratches on the console. Came with controller (batteries were provided). The cord to charge the controller with was not provided. The power supply cord and hdmi cord was provided though. My game is currently hooked up into my tv and I’m enjoying it. I will say that the GB is killer and you should look to invest in an expansion card if you want to play more games on this console. You get what you pay for

I was extremely skeptical going into this process. Based on the reviews, buying from RefurbLane clearly doesn't work out for everyone. Thankfully, though, it was a completely smooth process for me. The Xbox and controller I received seem to be working flawlessly so far. I also traded in an old Xbox One X and received the full trade-in amount I was offered. I fully expected that amount to be designed to entice me so that they could then drop the payout amount after actually receiving the Xbox. It was all fully transparent, though, and I received $158 for the Xbox and one controller. That is way higher than any other trade-in offer I was able to find through places like Gamestop or the official Microsoft store. I'm very happy with my decision to try out this site.

The product was exactly as advertised, the console looks and plays just like brand new. I am very satisfied with the speed of delivery, will definitely use this company for more electronic needs in the future.

Device was in great shape. However, it didn’t come with a controller, HDMI, or power cord. I had to keep my old ones in order to play games on the new one. I was given a credit for them though, so they did me right. Business the way it should be done.

The controllers right analog had crazy stick drift so a new controller was needed. The Xbox has some drawing on it and small dents on the edge. This refurbisher didn’t properly test the controller or clean the Xbox. I love RefurbLane and I’ve been eyeing an Xbox for a while but I am unsatisfied with this purchase.
