The Xbox One was great! Came in a good condition, the boxing was good and it was wrapped very well. You couldn’t see any scratches. There was a few banged up spots on the side but you have to get super close to see that. Only bad thing I have to say is, you don’t actually get 1000GB. I looked and it was only 781GB. So that’s the only downside.

Delivery was fast, packaging was sturdy and protective, and the Xbox I received is just as it was advertised... in excellent condition! This is the 2nd item that I've purchased from RefurbLane. Very pleased!

Ordered a 1TB normal xbox, got a 1TB Xbox One X. Super excited! Runs so smoothly. Controller that comes included is excellent too! No complaints!

my Xbox came in on time, with a controller and necessary cords, but the storage isn't 500GB, it's less than 400GB of in-device storage

The Xbox is working fine! All parts came as described. I just wish the 1000 GB statement was not misleading. As mine came with less than 1000GB
