Very satisfied with my purchase! Very simple to port my number over and get everything transferred in no time at all. Wasn't really sure about getting a fold phone because I've been strictly S series, but to my surprise, I love it. My only complaint about it would be that the front screen on this phone is substantially smaller than I'm used to with the S series phones. No fault of RefurbLane and definitely not a deal breaker. If you've been on the fence for a fold....JUMP!

Everything is going good, the phone looked like new. I come from a Samsung Note 10+, so transferring from one another was easy. One thing to know though, in the US the tray for the sim card carries only one card and not two as it shows in the specifications, although you have the esim availability, it would have nice to have the extra sim card because I travel internacionally. Only the internacional version of the phone have the dual tray and you cannot change it even if you want because that's Samsung's software limitation for the US market. Just a comment in case you wonder. I really like the Z Fold 7, lots of new features and things to learn.

Getting the new zfold7 was great, However the trade in a joke so far. When I follow the online thread on shipping then you guys receiving my s24 ultra to now its on hold and no one seems to be able to figure out what's needed to complete the trade and send me the funds. Very disappointed, Its intriguing that there is not a survey for that part of the transaction! I want to be able to recommend others your way but this is not going well for that to happen!

Amazing! This phone is unbelievable, the technology seems endless. It's very thin, in fact when you show it to someone, they don't know it opens until show them. The main screen is totally customizable, in ways only your imagination can produce. Photos and Videos are some of the best. Thanks RefurbLane!

The Phone arrived today in virtually flawless condition. I immediately put a Torras case on it to preserve its condition. The phone arrived very quickly and was nicely packaged. It did include a charging cable but nothing else. That was expected so I had already downloaded the owner's manual from Samsung's website. This phone replaces my One Plus Open and is significantly thinner and lighter than the One Plus...just what I expected! I was able to easily transfer my info to the new phone and now have to recreate folders for the apps. So far, I am extremely happy with this purchase and will recommend RefurbLane to my friends.

I received the phone in a small box with a cord and sim tool. No visible wear and tear on the phone. Even the inner screen was pristine. Couldn't be happier saving the money on brand new. Battery seems to be good as well with my short time with it.
