It arrived in a plain brown box with adequate padding inside, along with a charger and usb c cable and another little pin to pop open the SIM drawer. I didn't need the cable, charger or pin, but it was nice that they were included. It is nearly indistinguishable from a new phone. I bought it to replace a Z flip5 that I bought new from Samsung. Frankly, I prefer the Flip3 to the Flip5. I never found the larger Flip5 back screen to be worth the trouble. It was hard to find a case that would cover the exposed hinge when it's closed. I bought a Gear4 Bridgetown Case. It has a flap that covers the hinge area. I highly recommend it and only mention it in this review because a good case is important to me and it's the only one I found that covers the hinge. The phone had no surprises for me. Everything works like new. I'm a happy customer.

I love this Z FLIP 3 5zG . I ordered refurbished but it cames looking like a brand new phone. It also cames with an USB cable which makes it easy to transfer all my information from my old phone to this. Everything works perfectly fine. I received the phone yesterday and am enjoying it. I will buy one more as a gift for my sister.

Unfortunately, the first phone I received had some issues (it kept turning off almost every time I folded it, the battery wasn't lasting, and it was getting kind of hot). I ended up sending it back to the repair person, who sent me a replacement device within a week (this was around the winter holidays, so I suspect they're probably faster normally). I'm really happy with my new phone - it looks great, is functioning very well, and best of all does not seem to be having any of the same issues the original one did. I really like all of the little features that this phone has, especially the reminders tab on the side (for someone who struggles to remember random little tasks, it's a gamechanger!). Overall, I would certainly order another phone from RefurbLane again, and I'm encouraging my friends and family to as well so as to contribute less to electronic waste.

Shipping: 5/5, got here in two days via the free shipping option, they used FedEx 2-Day. Packaging: 4/5, box was nice and had decent quality packaging. Phone: 4.5/5, quality was so much better than I anticipated. I selected "Good" quality, expected it to be scuffed and scratched a little but still functional, but my expectations were greatly surpassed by the quality of this phone. It's so shiny and polished, with no scratches or scuffs anywhere. The screen has a tiny little scratch where the crease of the fold is, but this is normal for these phones and does not create any problems (functionally and cosmetically speaking). Obviously, phone turns on and so far has worked with my AT&T SIM card. If you were wondering if you should pay extra for "Good", I say go for it. It was worth it to me!
