I am very happy with my Galaxy S20. Only thing that is hard for me to get used to is that it shows up being a AT&T phone and it is not operating with AT&T any longer as I have inserted my own sim card from my other phone. I am not sure if that can be removed or not. Physical condition is great and it seems to be working fine for me after a short time from my purchase.

It was advertised as unlocked, but it's locked to TMobile. If I can't get my provider PureTalk to unlock it, I'll be returning it. It's so easy to check if something's unlocked, I would think the company would check that before selling it.

Even though I have looked around RefurbLane several times, this was my first time ordering a device. My Galaxy S9 just got sent to pasture by Samsung, so I needed another phone and decided to pick an S20. The phone arrived in about 4 days, came well wrapped, and was in nearly perfect condition. There was one little scruff on one of the corners, but my S9 has a nearly identical mark, so I didn't really care. The phone is beautiful, works well, and came with the pin used to transfer SIM cards (super helpful!). I really love this phone and can't tell that it is refurbished! I will more than likely get other devices from here going forward, and I already started telling others about RefurbLane! FYI: The seller, Top Renew LLC, is new to the site, but they did not disappoint!

Not a scratch, it showed up well packaged with everything. Just swapped out the sim card and away it went. This is our second RefurbLane phone and both were perfect. I love the service and the products here and will be buying more. Count on it. Value, selection, srvice...it's all here. Nice work ...again...RefurbLane team!

The product came as scheduled, was nicely packed and, even after close inspection, revealed no discernible blemishes. Great! Transfer from my old Samsung S7 with Smart Switch was mostly painless. The only app not to transfer was Kindle, for some reason. If only PCs were this easy! Transfer of number from old to new phone with Verizon was only complicated by my not realizing I had a physical SIM to move.

So far I'm very happy with this purchase. It was delivered really fast. I put my sim in and it immediately picked up my carrier who is optimum. I did have to manually input apn for data. The phone looks in perfect condition. Everything works great.

My new phone is great. I love the camera quality, the storage space, and the neat little features I was missing with my antiquated phone. The cloud blue is a beautiful color, and when the light hits it just right there's a little bit of a rainbow effect. The condition was supposed to be very good, but it arrived near flawless. The seller added a complimentary screen protector film to the screen which was nice. I bought an Otterbox case, but unfortunately 9 days or so in I dropped the phone and the rear face is shattered. Thankfully the camera lens is undamaged. It would probably cost more than I paid for the phone to fix it! My only complaint about my phone is a space on the right side edge of the screen that is not so responsive. Sometimes I have to tap several times before I get any feedback. Overall, I am quite satisfied.
