The phone was good condition I had one scratch on the back and don't but very minimal and you can only notice it if you squint which honestly made the phone feel almost excellent condition. The only issue is about 4 days ago I notice the back cover hanging a little and when inspected it peeled off and it seems like the glue/adhesive is still wet or maybe that's just how phone glue looks like, but I will be returning it for that purpose. I was going to wait until I process a return but I figure I let the people just to be a little aware.

Awesome, 1st-time experience with RefurbLane! Purchased a Note 10 and so far, very impressed with everything on the phone and the condition of the phone. I had high expectations based on reading the numerous good reviews and I was not the least bit disappointed. Great price, for a great phone. It looks and works like a brand new phone. My last phone (Note 4 Edge) served me well the past 6-1/2 years. In the 2 weeks that I've had the Note 10, I expect it could do the same. And, the battery life is Outstanding! I've charged it to 100% and taken it to 0%, which has covered 5 full days. On this most recent charge, I'm at 57% and last charged it over 60 hours ago. That's on pace to be just shy of 6 days before battery is at 0%. Now, I'm not a heavy user, but still think that's impressive battery life. Will recommend RefurbLane to anyone looking for a new phone!

I purchased a Samsung galaxy note 10, and I love it! I bought it in fair condition. The phone was delivered the day after I ordered it. The phone was delivered in excellent condition. The phone only had 1 ring scratch on top outside of phone. Screen is in perfect condition. Phone charged up fast and keeps a charge all day. I haven't had any problems the phone. It came with a charger, although I used my old charger, which works well. I will recommend others to buy from this seller. Thank you so much. I love my new phone beyond expectations!

Paid for an "excellent" condition phone, and overall I would say fit the bill. Battery life is not new-phone mind-blowing, but is noticeably better than the Note8 I replaced. Looks great. One side of the charging port doesn't lock in the USB-C plug, so it can get loose and reduce charging speed, but I usually use the wireless charging anyway and it's rarely been an issue. Overall I'm very satisfied and plan on looking here for my next purchase in a couple of years.

I like this phone! When I got it, I had just cracked my beloved Note 9's screen so bad the touch didn't work at all (after never having cracked a phone screen before, which was sad). I really didn't notice a difference between this and my previous generation Note. It came in near perfect condition, except there was a small area of pixels that didn't work (not dead pixels, just black pixels) on the right side of the screen. I can't remember if it came like that or if that happened after I dropped it immediately after opening the box, I just know I decided not to press the issue and did not ask for a refund/replacement. The seller was really helpful and kind when I was having issues with my SIM card (and I was definitely being a little grouchy), which turned out to be nothing on their end, and everything on my former carrier's end. The phone did have the AT&T logo when it turned on and came with AT&T bloatware, but I could use my MVNO carrier which uses T-Mobile's network. I did end up dropping this phone and despite having a glass screen protector and an Otterbox case (albeit the slim one, not the huge ones), I cracked the screen just 6 months into its life. It was confusing, though, because the screen under the glass protector cracked, not the protector, so I could still use it without cutting my finder on broken glass and use it with the added nuisance of a couple rows of dead pixels. The screen has since degraded and now the bottom half flashes bright white near constantly, so I do have to replace it, sadly. It costs almost $300 to fix the screen, so I'll just be buying a new one. That's all to say, my biggest gripe with the Galaxy line is the curved screens, which are very delicate at the curve. That is a sacrifice I'm willing to make, though, because I love how it runs and the S Pen is one of the best digital pens I've ever used. I will be buyng a Note10+ to replace it, possibly from the same refurbisher, if that says anything.

The condition was great and it delivered a day earlier than expected. (Don't bank on that, but I was thrilled) I was expecting the phone to have more scratches, but it arrived in better condition than expected. Was simple to get it set up with my wireless provider even though it was not one of the compatible ones listed, just had to check that the network was compatible. Would recommend buying devices off this site and plan to come here as my first resort next time I'm in the phone market.

The phone was shipped lightning fast and arrived in pristine condition, spotless and well-packaged with charging components and SIM removal tool. Unfortunately, I had an issue with my carrier that prevented me from achieving full functionality, so I had to return it. The seller was incredibly gracious, and I was refunded quickly. I'd buy from this seller again, without question!
