I am upgrading from a galaxy S9 and I would say the A25 5g is great for anyone looking for a modern phone with some features such as a headphone jack (big one for me) and an updated display. I would suggest checking who the seller of the phone is for your purchase. I purchased from "lastoftheloot". My delivery came a day earlier than expected, and inside the box was a charger, microsd/sim tool and standard information. Overall very pleased with my purchase

I love my phone it's exactly what I was hoping for. The only complaint I have was stated that I would get it by Wednesday and no later than Thursday. I got it the following Tuesday. I was without a phone and was counting on getting it when stated.

The phone and it's condition upon arrival was excellent. However, I was sent the 6GB version instead of the 8GB. Of course, I can go to the effort to erase everything and get a refund, but there are no other 8GB versions available, and likely the same will happen again. RefurbLane should ensure that sellers provide what they are advertising or they correct the specifications of the phone.

The whole experience was great. I was able to find possible replacements for my phone, and I had the information I needed. I ordered, it and it came several days later (when they said it would), I was able to swap out my SIM and use Samsung's tool to transfer all my phone state, and everything worked perfectly. I was a great experience.

Phone was in good condition but it came with 6 GB of RAM instead of 8. The only reason I checked was because I read another review where a user had a similar issue. It's not normally something that I would have checked and something I would have hoped the RefurbLane quality control fee that I paid covered. The return process went well enough, but the experience of getting the phone, transferring everything over to the new phone, and then not being able to get a replacement was disappointing. While I like the service, this is the second time out of three purchases where I have had problems. It always seems to do with their third parties.

The Samsung Galaxy A25 is a mid-range smartphone introduced in December 2023, and as of 2025, it’s just one generation behind the latest Galaxy A series. Featuring a vibrant display and reliable performance, the Galaxy A25 keeps day-to-day tasks simple without overloading you with features you’ll never use. Think of it as a practical, user-friendly phone that skips the bells and whistles (and the price tag) of top-tier flagships.

Key features:

Release Date: December 2023
Display: 6.5-inch Super AMOLED, FHD+ (1080 x 2340 px), 120Hz refresh rate
Processor: Samsung Exynos 1280 (octa-core)
Camera: Triple rear cameras: 50MP main (OIS) + 8MP ultra-wide + 2MP macro; 13MP front camera
Operating System: Ships with Android 14 (One UI 6)
Build Quality: Plastic frame with Gorilla Glass front
Connectivity: 5G compatible
Wi-Fi version: Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac)

Who is this for?

The Galaxy A25 fits perfectly for students, professionals, or casual users who want a straightforward Android device for browsing, social media, and everyday use. If you’re not chasing after the absolute latest camera tech or processor speeds and just need something that gets the job done, this phone makes sense. Compared to its higher-end Galaxy A siblings, the A25 holds its ground on display and day-to-day usability, though its chipset is more suited for moderate multitasking than power-user workloads.

Pros & Cons: Pros Cons Vivid 120Hz AMOLED display for smooth scrolling and vibrant visuals. Plastic frame feels less premium compared to metal/glass phones. Reliable everyday performance for calls, web, and apps. Modest processor may lag with resource-heavy gaming or multitasking. 5G support keeps you future-ready for connectivity. No water resistance rating, so try to avoid ocean selfies. Good main camera with OIS for crisp photos in most scenarios. Wi-Fi 5 only (not Wi-Fi 6), so network speeds can be average on modern routers.
Why refurbished?

Choosing a refurbished Galaxy A25 is a smart, eco-conscious move that keeps tech in circulation and out of landfills—plus, every device from RefurbLane is rigorously tested to ensure reliable quality and performance. Learn more about our quality standards.
