Motorola Edge S • Unlocked

The phone is beautiful, works great and the customer service is wonderful. Didn't love my first phone but they made it super easy to return. Also, I love using pre-owned things and not adding to the waist of the world. 👍😄

So far the phone has had no issues. Setup was easy and I saved money with the refurbished phone. If I had one suggestion it would be to sell cases for the phone. Noth more scary than using a phone without a good case in my opinion

Product was good, but the original charger would have been helpful. Only real negative is the constant message that an update to Android 12 is required and my phone won't allow the update, but I think that is just a function of Motorola and I could have done more research. Thing material phone itself and delivery were very good.

The phone was immaculate - looked in mint condition. However, the case I ordered for it separately didn't fit, and the screen protector I ordered for it separately didn't seem right either. It turns out that the phone I received (Motorola Edge 5G UW) wasn't the same as what I had ordered (Motorola Edge S). Overall, it appears to be a better phone overall than what I ordered, but it doesn't have an earphone jack or expandable memory, which were both features that I had sought. So now I have to buy a new case and screen protector. Oh, well. It's still a great deal.

It arrived quickly, and in perfect shape. It is easy to learn how to operate.

Too soon to know for sure, but the phone seems great.

The refurbisher did even send the right phone, twice. I have to get a refund and I haven't had a phone for about 3-4 weeks now. It's still going to take time to get my money back. I have a 2FA for work and I need a phone to get in. Here I am having to get a walmart phone because this is taking too long for them to get this right. THey sent a locked phone instead of a unlocked phone.
