The phone is amazing. It's a very pretty phone. Have been getting to know it for a week or so. Takes fabulous pictures. Love the gestures to control the phone. When I ordered it, I was sent an email for tracking. These folks have a customer service department that tracks your phone for you, keeps you notified every step of the way. All in all, very satisfied with my purchase. Thank you, RefurbLane! BTW, my phone was rated at a B for physical condition. When it arrived, only a couple of scratches on the back. Otherwise, pristine. Again, thank you, RefurbLane.

Absolutely a FANTASTIC PHONE. I order mine in "Fair" condition, but when I received it, it's appearance is BRAND NEW. Perfect in every way. Extremely happy with RefurbLane in every aspect. so I thought that I was ordering a 2025 Motorola edge because the price matched but instead I got this old ass 20/20 that doesn't do anything I count download any of my apps I feel I've been taking advantage of

product was not as advertised. Phone was supposed to be dual sim and product delivered was single sim. I paid a primeum for double sim and did not receive it. what can I do? who do I talk to.? how can I get the right product?

The phone is working perfectly, I love everything about it. The only problem is that I received a single sim phone and not a dual sim as indicated.
