I was a little scared that it was going to be a scam but, I’m glad I purchased from here. I bought an iPhone 8+, it came literally 2 days later. I bought it in a “good” condition. It was very good looking. I had it locked with T-Mobile since that’s who I’m with. And it came with a charger. Definitely would buy from RefurbLane again if needed.

I’m very happy with my new-to-me iPhone. The condition of the device was better than expected, quite honestly. One teeny mark. I don’t think I’ll ever buy full price brand new again, especially through the carrier. The seller was responsive and sent the phone right away. (There was a delay with FedEx, though. I do wish I hadn’t paid the extra $10 for 2-day shipping.) Overall, great product and great service. I’m already looking through the late model iPad line up.

The phone arrived quickly, and was EXACTLY as described. So happy! Update: the phone’s microphone was broken, so no speakerphone or FaceTime. Electro Wireless ( the sender)gave me two choices. One, I return the phone to them and they would me a replacement once they received it. Or two, I buy a new phone and send the old phone back once I receive it so I would not have an interruption in service. It’s not really in my budget right now to buy another phone, so I sent the phone back and am using my old junky android while I wait for a replacement to arrive. Not super stoked on that arrangement considering they sent me a faulty phone in the first place. RefurbLane (the middle man) helped me communicate with Electro and at least get a return shipping label. They have been in touch. No updates from Electro yet...

I chose the excellent option. It looked brand new, not a scratch on it and the screen had a protective covering. The phone works great, activation and data transfer was easy. Battery was 82%, so that was a little sad. I would buy again from this Seller.
