condition was supposed to be "Fair" that was a lie. condition was Brand Freaking new! Im still under the consensus that they accidentally sent a brand new one 🤣. It came in the original box with a cable and charging brick. Phone looked and felt brand new. 10 out 10.

I've purchased a few phones from RefurbLane, always a good deal and a good experience. The 16 pro max is bigger and heavier than I'm used to, but it's so much easier to use and see, and the camera is spectacular. Highly recommend!

I received this item within a day or so of ordering so shipping time is great. However, the phone could not be activated on my phone plan due to seemingly still be connected to a previous owner/phone number? I’ve been attempting to receive a refund after sending the item back within the timeframe stated but have received no further communication after the two business days I was quoted. This is a $900+ item that wasn’t able to use and now don’t have the money back. I won’t be using RefurbLane again after my experience with this seller.

The iPhone 16 Pro Max arrives as Apple’s 2024 flagship, fusing a large, vibrant display with the latest hardware upgrades under the hood. Being hot off the assembly line in 2024, it stands at the peak of Apple’s current generation—no “getting two or three years old” here, and the spec list proves it.

Key features:

Release Date: September 2024
Display: 6.9-inch Super Retina XDR OLED, ProMotion (up to 120Hz)
Processor: Apple A18 Pro chip with next-gen Neural Engine
Camera: Triple rear camera system: 48MP main (wide) with quad-pixel sensor, 12MP ultra-wide, 12MP telephoto with 5x optical zoom
Operating System: Ships with iOS 18
Build: Textured matte glass and titanium frame
Connectivity: 5G support, Wi-Fi 6E, and Ultra Wideband (UWB)
Audio: Spatial Audio, dual speakers
Security: Face ID

Who is this for?

The iPhone 16 Pro Max is built for users who want every bit of Apple’s innovation in one—photographers needing advanced camera tools, professionals after pro-level performance, and anyone who prefers a large display for entertainment or productivity. Compared to earlier generations like the iPhone 14 Pro Max, this model packs more processing power, an even larger screen, and upgrades for pro-grade content capture. If you prefer a more pocket-friendly phone or don’t regularly use advanced camera or AI features, previous-generation models may be a better fit (and easier on your wrists).

Pros & Cons: Pros Cons Expansive 6.9-inch display with high refresh rate for smooth visuals. Size can be unwieldy for one-handed use or small pockets. Top-tier camera system ideal for photography and video. No headphone jack (yes, still...) Fast Apple A18 Pro chip for multitasking and demanding apps. Heavyweight design—might not suit those looking for something ultra-light.
Why refurbished?

Choosing a refurbished iPhone 16 Pro Max does more than keep a powerful device in circulation—it also keeps unnecessary waste out of landfills. Every pre-owned device from RefurbLane is thoroughly inspected and tested, giving you peace of mind on reliability. Learn more about our quality standards.
