Everything from the packaging to the phone's condition is perfect! I was a bit worried about the phone being locked by T-Mobile but all I had to do was connect it with my old T-mobile SIM card and it works with no problems. As I ordered it in excellent condition, it came with no cosmetic damage to the screen and entire body and it works as if it is new. The phone's battery is at 98% which honestly exceeded my expectations on what it was going to be. I am amazed at how this phone is even classified as refurbished since it feels and looks like it hasn't been used! All and all, a great deal as I got it for roughly 25% off of retail price.

Came here on time, phone is working great, battery is at 100 percent health, I am really liking this phone and how good condition it’s in. My only take away is how the product got shipped. I would have put a lot more protection inside than just a thin foam. Other than that so far it’s working great. And would recommend buying from here! PS always go for the excellent condition. You save yourself time, I got one in good condition and had to return it, because it looked like it was a fair condition phone plus it was missing a sim slot, and the process is kinda long if you issue a return. But I did get refunded, soo all is good.

The purchase of the iPhone 13 Pro Max was just fine. No problems on this order or the order for my wife’s new iPhone SE. The challenge is in the purchasing of our older phones. With phones coming and going in various states of used it gets confusing. I am now waiting to see if everything will go correctly for my returned phone and I get a deposit in my bank account. It is also frustration to not have someone you can talk to. Since the buyers and sellers are all subcontracted you are disconnected from what is going on if something does go sideways.

Omg, this iPhone doesn't even look used at all. It's probably one of the best devices I've ever purchased. I bought for excellent quality, so I guess that's why it's so perfect. But the phone came with a 100% battery, no scratches on the screen, and works very smoothly 👌

The quality was fair so I didn’t expect much but once I received it I was impressed and surprised the phone came in 100% battery health and the scratches were that bad I would say this is an amazing seller

It was in excellent consitiin and works perfectly. It didnt have the latest update, which made moving my data from my old phone more difficult, but everything else was amazing and as advertised.
