Absolutely as advertised, the Pixel 6 Pro I received looked brand new. It has worked beautifully, and I'm thrilled with it. I can't imagine looking for any electronics without starting (and, likely, ending) at RefurbLane.

Phone listed as 'very good' condition, which is accurate. Only issue is that it had already been unlocked and didn't have the standard android Getting Started / setup, which made the process a bit more annoying.

I am quite pleased at the product. Yes, it did NOT ship with the charger but I had my old one from a previous Pixel product so that's fine. The quality looks new and it's performing great. As of this writing, 8/15/2022, I'm very satisfied with the product and the price point.

Works fine. Came in spotless condition. Only noticable issue is charging occasionally cuts out for a brief moment, seems port might have come dirty.

RefurbLane was ok. Asurion was absolutely unacceptable when it came to replacing my cracked screen. instead of fixing the phone they decided to pay me the cost of it but I had to send my broken phone in first and then it took over 2 months for the check to come through. I called to verify my address 3 times and the check kept getting sent to an undeliverable address.

I was very happy with my order. My phone was in better condition than I thought it would be. In my opinion it was really of a higher rating but it was listed as fair condition so as pleasantly surprised. Thank you very much
