Shipping was quick and phone works perfectly fine. Came exactly as they described with minimal wear/scuffs that are hardly noticeable. I thought the phone i ordered wouldnt work with my plan as i have sprint and bought a t-mobile phone by accident, i emailed them and they had no issues letting me return it if i wanted to. Turns out, all i needed to do was go to a t-mobile store and they got it working fine. So there was no need to return it. But its good to know its easy to return something if you need to.

Long story short I broke my old Note 8 and decided to order another one since I was familiar with the phone and its features. Ordering from RefurbLane was quick, easy, and the phone arrived within 3 days! Physical condition: The phone has a small crack on the bottom right corner of the screen. The screen itself still works and feels like new. Minor scratches on the back but with my phone case I would never care. Working condition: This Note 8 function like the brand new one I remember getting 4 years ago. The battery life easily can last 2 days whereas my previous one couldn't even finish off a day without needing to be tethered back into a wall. Value: Somehow the mint condition was cheaper than the one step below so I jumped on the deal. For under $300 I knew I couldn't get a better phone. Overall: I have been very grateful for RefurbLane and what they do. I appreciate all the work that was put into my phone and the care you guys take. Keep it up! 😁👍

Condition of the phone I purchased was listed as "excellent", (not "very good") , and I was not disappointed; the phone looks brand new. Had it activated on a new T-Mobile 55+ Magenta plan and added my daughter's identical phone to the plan. No problems so far except that I had to park next to a Starbucks and use their Wifi to download a software update. (my home Wifi was too slow). This is the first smartphone I have ever owned, which is why I wanted the same phone my daughter had; she has clued me in on several functions I didn't know about. Anyone considering a refurbished phone, RefurbLane has a wide selection and the best warranty I have seen on a refurb. My advice is to get the highest rated (excellent) and prepare for a pleasant experience. Shipping was quick and top-quality packaging protected the phone while in transit. Definitely a 5-star experience all around!

Ordered Galaxy Note in Good condition on 3/27, arrived 4/1. Barely perceptible flaws on back, screen and battery life perfect. Included wall charger and 3 ft cable compatible with Note 8s fast recharging system. Contacted seller for identification number for phone so I could confirm compatibility with my carrier (Ting). Reply was prompt but phone arrived faster! Did end up needing a $5 SIM from my carrier because the one from my Galaxy S5 was not compatible, but phone now works perfectly. Will definitely recommend RefurbLane and buy from them in the future however be aware of comments regarding the specific provider of your refurbished item to RefurbLane because some have a better reputation than others if there is a problem with your order.

I ordered the S8 Note Midnight black in mint condition, and RefurbLane delivered! The phone arrived 2 days before it was estimated to arrive in perfect condition. The phone loads as T-Mobile, but besides that it worked with my ATT sim card. The screen works very precisely with the pen and the phones battery lasts for a long time. 10/10 would buy from this place again for sure

I love this site! I recommend it to all my family and friends or anyone who is looking for a great price for a great device. My only con was my s-pen was cracked almost in half but still worked. So I emailed the seller and just like making buttered toast, I got a response within hours telling me that they we're sorry about the inconvenience and will ship out a new s-pen the next day! Customer service - 5 stars Device - 5 stars Charging Cable - 5 stars Shipping - 5 stars Response Time - 5 stars WILL ALWAYS COME BACK AND SO SHOULD YOU!

Samsung Galaxy Note 8
The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is undoubtedly the best cell phone Samsung has made to date.
With the Galaxy Note 8 you get the best things from the Galaxy S8, including its beautiful design, excellent performance, good battery life, good water resistance, wireless charging and excellent cameras, but now you have a dual rear camera that offers more flexibility to take different photos. You also have the best optical pencil on the market in a cell phone and new features that make it better for productivity.
At first glance, I don't think you can tell a Galaxy Note 8 from an S8 Galaxy unless you have them together to compare them. In Note 8 you'll find an almost bevel-free curved screen that looks great, a curved back that makes you feel comfortable in your hand, a metal edge that protects you and the same waterproof IP68.
Like the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus, the Galaxy Note 8 integrates the fingerprint reader in the back next to the camera module and, although many people may not notice, Samsung has placed the flash and heart rate sensor in between. The Galaxy Note 8 price goes from USD 899, although the Galaxy Note 8 unlocked version might change the price.
The Galaxy Note 8 is an enhanced version of the Galaxy S8, and is undoubtedly the best Samsung cell phone. Its cameras help to raise Samsung's excellent photographic level and its new functions make this cell phone the most complete of the moment.
