Ordered a Samsung galaxy Z fold-7 in 'excellent' condition...It arrived with a passcode lock on it and outside of one response, (telling me to try 0000 or 1234, which did not work) customer service is now not replying to me... i need to resolve this issue.I need this phone to work.I paid almost $2000.00 for it... This is disappointing and unacceptable.

I ordered the Z Fold 7 and received the Z Flip. The seller has not responded in over a week and RefurbLane support is the slowest in class. Avoid the hassle and DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I have spent more than $2,000 and support can't give me any information on my complaint.

This is the 2nd phone I ordered from this seller, hoping it was the listed phone. I was wrong and recieved the Z Flip, instead of the Fold. Again, I have spent $2,000 on these phones without a word from the seller. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. I have included a picture of the 2nd WRONG PHONE. The service that is offered from this site is dreadfully slow, and they appear to take the scamming seller's side.
