Deeper surface scratches on the outer case than what I was expecting for Excellent Condition, otherwise it’s been great.

It has been ok. I didnt have an issue with shipping but certain keys stick on the keyboard, mostly the numbers at the top. It was glitchy when I first turned it on but it seems to be fine for the most part since its updated he operating system. I just use it as a side computer, so it useful for what I need.

This laptop looks brand new! I didn't know it had a back-lit keyboard but I'm so glad it does. Y'all went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you so much! The battery life is fantastic, I have only charged it twice since it was delivered. Thanks for such a wonderful product.

The laptop was in better shape than I expected. No complaints at all with performance. Great deal on a solid little computer. My first experience with RefurbLane. I'm impressed!

Works well, loads fast, and is quite responsive. Only thing is that the battery life is awful. That’s not a huge deal, but having a battery that can last 7+ hours on a single charge vs. only 2 hours on a charge makes for a big convenience upgrade.
