Exactly what I needed, amd exactly as advertised. Looks very clean aside from minor scratches, easily covered with a sticker. I can confirm from other comments that it can get a little hot while initially booting, and the fan runs hard when it does. But once it's set up, it's nice and cool, and I've had no complaints. It's speedy enough for what I need, not a single trace of malware after a total system scan, practically factory-new; Can't even tell it's a refurb.

The laplop is almost perfect. At first there was no audio fro m the speaker out put, then after driver update from Realtek the speaker output is as it should be but the sounf output to my extermal monitor is not loud enough to listen to, even when the volume is set to 100%

Honestly mine came almost mint just one little tiny scratch on the outside of the laptop. No scratches on the screen. The laptop works very fast it’s very clean and feels brand new. Overall the laptop was in a 9.5/10 condition. Definitely satisfied with my order!

Product arrived on time and in good condition, there was a small scratch on the screen that is not removable but it is not really a bother to me. Minor scuffing and a dent or 2 on the frame, but again, nothing I care much about. Laptop was clean and had no dust in its vents. Booted out of box with Win 10. My only real gripe was that, although all information from the previous owner had been wiped, some programs, like Disney+ and Spotify, were still installed on the machine.I would have liked to get one with a clean install of just windows. Importantly, my review says I received a "very good" version, which matches what I got, however, I bought an "excellent" version; not a big issue but it is worth noting. 9/10 Great Buy overall. would recommend again for anyone with the cash. Also, so far, all the negative reviews of this product come from the Holiday shipping times and delays should have been expected. Getting my product now in Jan 2023 was not an issue at all.

This is a nice laptop. It's small and lightweight which is just what I needed. I do wish the keyboard was backlit, but other than that, it works perfectly!
