We selected the (supposed to be) higher quality of this option, and while the VR seems to work decently, it smelled AWFUL and was super dirty! It smelled like cigar & cigarette smoke, cat urine, like it came from a hoarder’s house. We spent a ton of time trying to clean it and get rid of the odor and it’s a little better, but not happy that we paid extra for a terribly presented product.

I love the headset it came shipped safely and mindfully and without damage the lenses have no scratches and it came with all the accessories fully wrapped still the only problems where 1 it took awhile to ship(which is not fully sellers fault) and 2 the right adjuster for depth moves whether you push the button or not so when your putting on the headset it tends to push back in again other than that i love the headset and was definitely worth the price i paid

Feels brand new tbh, never had nice stuff like THIS before, but since I got it 3 weeks ago I've been LOVING it. Playing the games I've always dreamed about. No typa bugs or anything thatd make it "refurbished" it just looks NEW.

I would place this rating at around 4.5 stars if I could. The product works great as expected, and the quality was very good. I’ve had no issues with anything about the system itself. The facial interface seemed to suffer from the very common problem in that it did not like to stay at any of the distance preset. As soon as the product applies pressure on your face the mechanism fails. This wasn’t a problem for me as the closest setting was my preference anyway. I was already planning to upgrade the stock head strap and face pad anyway so I’m really happy with the price and quality of the quest 3 I ordered.
