I was honestly very skeptical about buying from RefurbLane since I’ve always been a loyal customer of Reebelo. After my last two purchases from Reebelo, both phones arrived with only 77% and 78% battery life, even though their website promised a minimum of 80%. I had to return both phones and request refunds, which was frustrating. So, I decided to give RefurbLane a try—and I’m so glad I did! My phone arrived with 100% battery life, and everything works perfectly. I was so impressed that I’ve already ordered another phone, as I plan to give them as gifts to my family. RefurbLane has truly exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely be buying from them again. Highly recommend!

In LOVE this phone! I had one a few years ago, and somehow, the screen kept getting green stripes! I upgraded to an iPhone 13, but I really missed my XS Max. So, when one became available, I traded in the 13, and went back to my XS Max. No regrets!! Thanks, RefurbLane!

Arrived as ordered, chose overnight on a Fridat. Product was as described and I do like the color, but I only bought it for the AR tracking and to have the app store locked behind logging into their ecosystem is only the nail in the coffin to return this product. Apple products are terrible.

Absolutely amazing I bought it in the “fair” condition and they did a fantastic job. No scratches at all on the back glass no scratches on the side the only scratches visible are on the screen and you won’t notice them unless it’s off. The battery was at 86% battery capacity yet it retains a charge better than my brand new iPhone I bought in store I can leave low power mode off for the whole day and still have decent amount of battery left. For that matter every product I’ve purchased on RefurbLane has been top tier refurbished perfectly and works like it’s brand new don’t be afraid to buy the lowest “quality” because with RefurbLane every quality tier is top tier. Shipping took exactly how many days was stated on the shipping options and I’m overjoyed with the product I will only be buying tech from RefurbLane from now on.

I was skeptical of RefurbLane and was not excited to purchase a used phone. My wife made me... So I grabbed the iPhone Xs Max. Solid phone at what appeared to be a fair price. I Was worried that the battery would be under 100% capacity. I was worried that face ID would be broken, I was worried that the screen would be scratched up, I was just worried about the entire experience of buying a used phone. I held my breath and checked out... I paid for expedited shipping because I needed it for work. It came a day and a half later. When I opened the box and booted the phone it was is excellent condition. No cosmetic issues and the battery was at 100% capacity. When blackmarket says they sell 'Professionally Refurbished' phones they're not kidding. Saver yourself some $$ instead of giving more of it to Apple/google/etc... Plenty of solid used devices out there and I'm happy I bought mine through RefurbLane. Last thing... when I read reviews on RefurbLane.com I thought they were bought or written by bots. Seems hard to find a genuine review these days. My hope is someone reads this and knows it's coming from a real dude taking 5 minutes out of his Friday night to hopefully give someone else the confidence to buy and save a little money for themselves. Cheers.

This is my first order ever from RefurbLane. I ordered from MCE Sales an iPhone XS max 512gb. I didn’t expect much when I placed my order, but these people basically sent me a NEW PHONE! Like completely unused and with alll original accessories and packaging !!! I was expecting a good phone b/c I chose the excellent quality option, but definitely didn’t expect this good. This same phone is $1090 refurbished on Apple and I just paid $555. I really thought it was fake. I looked up everything I could prove it was and the serial number verification on Apple. 100% checked out. This thing is so new it was still running on iOS 12 from when the phone first came out. I’m still nervous b/c I still can’t believe it. Of course I can’t say that every one will have the same experience. But as first impressions go, this is definitely an A1 first impression. Thank you very much

This was my first time ordering through RefurbLane. At first, I was a little hesitant due to the price of the phone. After reading some reviews, I decided to give it a try and ordered an unlocked iPhone XS Max 512GB. I was not disappointed! The phone arrived looking brand new and unlocked as advertised - I was truly shocked. It also came with the corresponding iPhone box and new accessories such as a charging adapter, charging cable, and headphones. I was able to program my phone and verifying unlocked status by testing various SIM cards, i.e. Xfinity, China Mobile, and Vodafone UK. I will definitely buy from RefurbLane again. Great price, great product, and fast shipping! For others out there who are hesistant or are first-time buyers, I would definitly consider giving RefurbLane a try.

I was slightly worried at first because I received the phone and it was completely dead. After charging it for about 30 minutes it finally turned on and I was able to really check it out. Phone was beyond expectations. No scratches or scuffs anywhere. Received in original IPhone box with accessories. Battery capacity was 100%. So far, it’s working perfect. Highly recommend.
