I purchased this phone as a Father’s Dsy gift for my husband. When he received the gift he was and still is very excited about the phone. This is my second time purchasing a phone from Backmarker and I’m extremely satisfied.

I had the Z flip five about three years ago and I loved it. I had an unfortunate mishap and just now got the opportunity to get another one. I love the phone itself. It arrived in excellent condition. I could not tell that it was used at all it arrived timely and safe safely. I love the phone and the service was prompt and as advertised thank you very much, RefurbLane!

it actually came in really good quality, there’s like one scratch on the back, but it’s not even that noticeable in the phone where super well and it came with a fast charger string. I love the color and the battery life seems pretty good. pretty awesome for fair quality

This phone came on schedule and is in perfect condition. The color looks white not green but the phone itself seems to be in excellent condition. I will get it charged up and make sure everything works but once again, RefurbLane has came through! This is my 6th purchase and no complaints!! Thank you!

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 from RefurbLane and the experience exceeded expectations. The phone arrived quickly, well-packaged, and in excellent condition—honestly indistinguishable from new at a glance. The device itself performs flawlessly. The hinge feels solid, the screen is crisp with no visible wear, and battery life has been strong for a refurbished unit. I was particularly impressed that there were no scratches or dead pixels, which is often my main concern when buying refurbished electronics. RefurbLane’s grading was accurate (if not conservative), and the price point made this a high-value purchase compared to buying new. Setup was straightforward, and everything worked out of the box without any issues. This is my third phone purchased from RefurbLane in the last month and all have been excellent. Overall, this was a smooth transaction and a great way to get premium hardware at a reduced cost. I’d confidently recommend both the Galaxy Z Flip5 and RefurbLane to anyone considering refurbished devices.

I have never “loved” a phone per-say before but i LOVE this phone. It’s unique, easy to fit in a pocket, fun to customize, and the flipped screen can have an ANIMATED WALL PAPER. I’m deeply considering making this my daily driver over my iphone.

Delivery — 5/5 Arrived right on the time and date it provided. Taking the phone in at face value — 4.5/5 There were some spots where the phone was scratched, but the screen was unmarked, while the whole phone looked visually clean. The screens — 5/5 Turned the phone on the moment it got in my hands and the screen looked amazing. I'm very excited to set it up once I get my case in. Packaging — 4.5/5 It only came in a plastic, insulated kind of wrap around the phone. Carrying the box, I could feel the device shift agaisnt the cardboard. Seeing as it had to travel fairly far, that kind of protection made me skeptical about how the phone would turn out, but so far I'm pleased. It came with a charging cord, as it promised on the site, but I was pleasantly surprised to find a sim card ejecting tool along with it. RefurbLane — 5/5 What they are doing, refurbishing electronics like this, is honestly amazing, I would like to continue to support them and will be buying from them again in the future. Since they are mostly pre-owned I don't and cant expect them to be sent out in the utmost pristine condition, so I'm otherwise very satisfied with my z flip.
