It is a literal brand new phone. Came with original Apple charger and original Apple SIM card remover and Apple papers and sticker. Battery health 100%. Would highly recommend BEST4TECH as a seller. It’s as good as Apple refurbished.

I wasn’t expecting everything so good! I was scared of a refurbished iPhone! However, this iPhone 13 Pro Max came with zero scratches or damages! The screen is perfect, everything is! And the battery came with a 100%

I was skeptical about this website since the prices seemed too good to be true, but when I opened the package, it was better than I expected. This is not a paid comment, I kid you not. Even though it was listed in fair condition, it was almost like brand new. It had light scratches on the screen that were barely noticeable. I threw on a screen protector and a new case, and it was such an easy setup. For an iPhone 13 Pro Max that is basically new for $400, I would absolutely buy from this website again if my phone broke in a heartbeat. I got all my stuff transferred easily since it was unlocked, and I am so impressed. Definitely recommend buying an iPhone here!!

OK, so first of all I don’t usually write reviews but this time I had to come and write and tell you guys that the phone is amazing. I ordered in premium condition and it does not have any single scratch or any signs of use and the battery is 100% I think this was the best purchase from RefurbLane. I was spectacle about the phone, but it’s so amazing.

I bought two iPhone 13 Pro Max for my boys and I wasn’t expecting much considering the ones that I bought were labeled fair for condition. I wasn’t in the market to buy brand new phones, as soon as I got these phones and was pleasantly surprised that they were in great condition and the battery life for both phones were in the 90% health range. I’ll definitely recommend this site to anyone that is looking for refurbished phones in the future

Been wanting a new iPhone for a while but refused to pay att prices for one and will not do the installment to make my phone bill any higher than it already is. Seen an ad for RefurbLane a while ago and thought it was a ruse. After a little research I was still a little scared but read the return policy and warranty and thought ok this may be my best option. Well thank goodness I did. Got it in and went straight to ATT to have everything switched over before even opening the package. The first thing the associate asked was where did I get it. Told her and she gave me an off look but I proceeded to open the outside package it came in. To my surprise and hers the iPhone was in its original box never opened. She checked everything on it and confirmed it had never been used. Has 100% battery etc. everything a new one should have. Even came with all the free trail offers it would as if you bought it store. I am truly impressed. Will be ordering again for my husband and going forward. Highly recommend this site.

I was sooooooo scared of ordering through here but I only had a budget of $400 for a new iPhone . And I had the iPhone 12 Pro , I wanted the 13 pro max. I knew I couldn’t afford it . I searched and made comparisons and ultimately went with RefurbLane . WHEN I TELL U THIS PHONE IS BRAND NEW 🆕! I WILLNEVER BUY ANYTHING FRESH AGAIN . Do u know how many iPhones I ran through? The 6 , the 6plus , the 12 the 12pro , the 14 , all full price . I JUST UPGRADED AT LESS THAN HALF THE PRice PLUS WARRENTY ?!?! Oh yeah I’m here to stay. NOT A SCRATCH ANYWHERE!!! I got the excellent condition! NEVER BUY IN FULL AGAIN !

I will always use RefurbLane as it is always on time, as described, and at a reasonable price… My last two purchases, before this one, were exactly the same experience.
