First of all, a big thank you to ItsWorthMore. Item was packed well and shipped with FedEx Priority (or whatever FedEx uses for fast upgraded shipping.) This phone ROCKS! Yes, it is several years old and some may feel it is outdated but it looks brand new. I closely inspected it immediately upon arrival and it looks brand new. Excellent condition does not do this S20 5G even close. It truly looks brand new. ItsWorthMore gets an A+ from me and... how do you do it? I was a bit hesitant on buying a phone already five years old but not anymore after purchasing from RefurbLane and ItsWorthMore. Unbelievable. I only have one gripe and it is not with you. It is with USMobile for scheming potential customers with $100 off a phone with purchase of unlimited plan. I never received it and actually got a runaround every time I contacted them. But honestly, this phone I just received from RefurbLane and ItsWorthMore is worth well more than the full price I paid for it. I can not thank you enough. Feel free to use any or all of this review for your own promotion. My head is still spinning from the top notch quality. 5 STARS! Highly recommend!

Screen = No Flaws Back Glass = No Flaws Operating = No Flaws Camera = No Flaws Battery = 3ish days Move from S9 to S20 = Easy Delivery = On Time RefurbLane = Great experience Everything is great so far. Regarding battery I've set some routines to protect it based on what does damage. Battery 30% or less = fast charge off Battery 60% or more = fast charge off Charging if battery 90% or more = Turn on 85% Battery Protect & sound unplug alarm No app running = Battery Saver on Custom modes to turn on wifi at home & off when away. This part is just me quibbling about samsung routines limitations: Unfortunately the built-in routines only allow "if"/"then" statements where the "if" can only be an "and" statement. Could have reduced the number of routines if it allowed both "and" and "or" statements. Guess "or" complicated things to much for most folks. My use would have also benefitted from the "if" battery level having a range option. Currently only has (less than) or (greater than or equal to).

This was a replacement for my S9 which I also bought from RefurbLane 2+ years ago. Vast improvement over the S9 except for the camera. Will not focus on anything 12" or closer. Didn't know when I bought it but seems to be a problem with the S20. Phone was like new with no scratches or defects and arrived quickly. Was easy to setup by using the Samsung app to transfer to the new phone. Will always buy from RefurbLane for phones and tablets and have always bought refurbished and never a problem. Great company.

This is my first time ordering a refurbished phone. It's only been a day but I'm impressed with the whole experience so far. I ordered from Last of the Loot in "very good" condition and the phone is flawless - it looks brand new. I specifically ordered the Verizon version to mitigate any stress of activation/setup as I'm not a tech wizard but can figure most things out with some patience. I placed my order on Sunday with the free shipping option - it shipped out Monday morning and I received it Wednesday afternoon (FedEx 2-day, east coast to west coast) - this was the FREE, default option!! Upon receipt I turned the phone on just to confirm it was the Verizon version before I began activation and also plugged it into the charger - all PERFECT. By ordering on RefurbLane instead of through Verizon, I saved $400 PLUS didn't have to upgrade to a higher priced unlimited plan when I'm connected to WiFi almost all the time. First time purchase from RefurbLane. The entire process was painless and I had the phone in just a few days. Came in a small box very well packaged. I absolutely love this phone. I got one in Excellent condition and it definitely was. Absolutely no scratches or signs of any wear on the screen. It originally booted as an ATT branded phone but converted itself to Tmobile when booted with the Tmobile sim card. Everything works on Tmobile. Tmobile Video calling, Wifi Calling, SMS with status notifications, etc.. I previously had a Galaxy S7 and this phone is literally life changing. It is amazingly fast. Most apps start in about 1 second sometimes less. I can now do so many more things. Download speeds on Tmobile 5G are 285 Mbit/sec. Battery life so far is excellent. So far getting over 1 day from charge limited to 85%. Photos are very good, Including close ups. The phone is an absolute joy to use. I paired the phone with a Spigen Rugged Armor case for a nice slim package. My only regret is not getting this phone sooner.

I ordered an Samsung Galaxy S20 5G in very good condition from Omnipoint Mobility Solutions, however, I would rate it as excellent! The phone was indistinguishable from new. Unfortunately, I returned the phone under the 30 day refund policy because the Verizon locked edition did not provide for use of an SD expansion card something I did not anticipate! The return was handled flawlessly by RefurbLane and Omnipoint! I have since ordered and received a different model phone from Omnipoint through RefurbLane and highly recommend purchasing through these sellers.
