    Listings need work, when a device is listed as UNLOCKED it shouldn't mean to include not just CARRIER UNLOCKED, but also FACTORY UNLOCKED. I bought what I thought to be an unlocked device, it was only carrier unlocked. There is a big difference, sometimes carriers haven't properly removed the carrier locks making it impossible to update the phone. Resellers need to also include on Samsung devices whether you are getting a U1 (factory unlocked) or just U (carrier device); For this reason I returned the device. RefurbLane was great at helping me with returning my device for a full refund. Will I use them again, not until resellers put in their listing model codes. I want to know what I am buying.

    The Pix 7pro is in cosmetic great shape, internals seem to be good as well. My only issue is with the side volume control, volume up is adequate however the volume down takes extreme pressure. btw, I'm a handyman so strength is not an issue for me. Just wanted to share because I have come to depend on the high standards of RefurbLane devices and the quality reputation that they have built.

    neither the telephone nor the text feature works. I went through all of the possible fixes I found online including a factory reset, without success.     I bought this device from Unineed LLC, the body of the device was in excellent condition, almost brand new looking. However, while testing the device, the microphones were fried. Do not make the dumb mistake I did by buying off a seller that’s only been on the platform for 4 months. Make sure you buy from a long time seller.
