Literally, brand new, I’d be surprised if anyone had ever used it. I’m always very skeptical, How hard was it used? Why did they get rid of it? Well, I’m very happy to say that arrived in the original apple box with all the original apple packing even the thin cardboard inner protective wrapper that went around the outside. In my opinion, it was probably never even used. Not so much as a scuff. The is is the third item off here, and all so far have been above what I was expecting.

Item was clean. The left joystick was not fully functional. $11.00 and 15 minutes and it is perfect. No issue with sd so no need to update to 1 tb. Worth every dollar. Even with joystick issue was worth price paid for item received.

Item came in, perfect and beautiful. Check on your setting if it has the Z1 Extreme which mines did. There was a review that said he/she didn’t it that way but one way to verify is on setting. Can play a lot of games but might want to play on low/medium setting for newer games ( ex. Marvel rivals). Product is excellent overall tho! Make sure to update everything before thinking about downloading or playing a game it affects performances!!

I am always skeptical, when buying online -- these guys at RefurbLane seem really remarkable and the "real deal". the Magic Keyboard came well packaged and in flawless condition and have only used it a few times, but so far I just love it! Nuf said!

This thing is great. It makes cooking a lot more fun. It wont replace a proper stereo for me, but it sounds exceptional for its small stature. RefurbLane shipped in a reasonable amount of time, and the price was very good.

The screen came with a corner of dead pixels, but the screen works great, so I don’t mind too much.
