    The ordering process from BackMarlket was easy and my phone was delivered exactly when expected. RefurbLane's communication through the whole process was..excellent. The phone, however, did have scratches on the outer shell/case and a scratch on one of the camera lenses (pictures)

    I am pleased with the device, I selected "good" as the condition but the device I recieved was in excellent condition! This is the third phone I have ordered. I tried an Iphone for the first time. The phone I got was great but the Iphone just isn't for me. I am done chasing the latest phone every year.     I can't begin to say how much of a positive experience I have had with my Google Pixel Fold. The delivery arrived right on time, and was packed in a safe manner, it even came with 2 charger cables. So far it almost feels like a brand new out the box phone, and I'm happy with my purchase.     I ordered this Pixel in Good condition. Well, I have to say... if this is what "Good" condition looks like, then I'm a nun. The phone is in amazing shape. The only flaw I could find is one tiny scratch on the very bottom of the phone. It's so small that if I hadn't looked closely, I probably wouldn't have noticed it at all. I've been using RefurbLane for a few years now, and I honestly don't think I'll ever stop. I've already recommended it to a lot of people, and every one of them has been happy with their purchase. One more thing worth mentioning: the shipping is incredibly fast. It feels like it arrives in a split second! They've never disappointed me.

    I really like my Google Pixel 8 pro. There's a couple things that are different from Samsung Android, that I have always had, but I figured everything out for the most part. My only frustration is ordering a case and screen protectors from the pixel store and didn't cancel in time because I found out it was going to take forever to get them. I'm going to order something from Amazon and get it before it comes and then send it back I guess.

    Had a bad experience with Amazon's "Excellent" refurbished quality and decided to try this. Everything came as advertised, very happy with the phone! It did have a few scratches around the camera rings but I expected that and am more than happy with the refurbishment.
