    I’ve ordered from RefurbLane before and while can say it wasn’t a perfect experience I got what I paid for at the time. It was a MacBook Pro 2017 and was ordered in 2021. It was listed as fair but shipped to me looking brand new. But right after a year the logic board went out. I was hesitant to do it again but I decided to give it another go. This time I chose a MacBook Pro M1 Pro. It was listed as excellent. I needed it quickly so I paid for next day shipping. I ordered it Tuesday afternoon it came Friday evening. I guess that’s how 48hrs works in shipping. When it arrived it was packed very well. I thought I received the wrong one at first. It was black. Then I noticed it was in a protective case. I thought, ‘oh wow a free case’. Then I said wait let’s see if it’s covering something up. I took off the case to find a near perfect machine. There was one fine hairline scratch on the top of the MacBook. Other than that it was perfect. The keyboard even had this super soft keyboard protector. It’s not great for late night when you want to use the backlit keyboard but it’s still a great keyboard protector. It also came with an older Mac charger and a MagSafe wire. Luckily I had 96w Apple charger that’s almost brand new and it works great with the magsafe. This store out did itself. I’ve been running Logic Pro and testing its limits. This thing can cook. It’s the 10 core 16 gpu with 16gb of ram and 1tb storage. I haven’t heard a fan turn on once. It performs really well. I honestly wish I could have gotten more ram now. I’ve never mixed a full record at 256 on the buffer without getting a crash from my previous MacBook. Third party plugins use a lot of resources but it takes them like a champ. It’s made mixing so much more enjoyable. If you are on the fence about buying refurbished try the excellent variety. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

    Originally received a MacBook Air M1 2020 in Fair condition. Screen had the “stage light issue” so I sent it back. Got a replacement that looks literally nearly perfect and has an 88% battery health. I’m impressed! RefurbLane was very helpful through all of this as well.

    I got the 13.3” 2020 Mackbook air Retina 8GB, 256SSD in excellent condition sold by SIMPLYMACS First I was very sketched out by RefurbLane as a whole and was really scared to waste my money on the app/site. Someone I know bought 2 different phones off RefurbLane at different times and both times was great! I needed an inexpensive MacBook for school so I did a lot of research on the site before buying anything. There was of mixed reviews but it came down to which vendor you buy from. I bought my MacBook from SIMPLYMACS. They made sure to package the MacBook very securely. When I opened the package the MacBook was almost spotless. It had a FEW almost unseeable scratches, no dents, no crack, no dirt, no big damages at all. As soon as it powered on the battery was on 80%. I checked the battery health and it was on 88%. I had to leave the next day so I put it on my desk without it being on the charger came back after a week and the battery was on 57%! The MacBook also came with a black case, keyboard cover, charger cord, and an Apple charger box! I had gotten the 2 year protection add on which cost $79 I don’t feel like I will need it but it is great security just in case the battery or something goes wrong! I’ll give an update about how it does during school when some time go by.

    I got the computer and after inspection turns out there are only 2 scratches where there is no paint (expected for fair), but other than that the computer works as it should with what seems to be an official windows 11 download. The only things that I wouldn't have encountered if I bought it new is: 1. the scratches 2. I would have got the 16gb of soldered ram, there is no specification for this on the product page, as the product page just says 16gb of ram, this computer has 1 ram slot and 8gb or 16gb soldered to the motherboard, and as I said earlier I doesn't say how much is soldered (I got 8gb soldered and 8gb ram stick) 3. There is a slight "crack" sound when I put pressure on the side of the screen (like to open the laptop) But other than those 3, I am fully satisfied with my purchase and my new computer
