Everything has been smooth. Surface Pro arrived as expected and may be in a better condition than advertised. Everything appears to work and I am glad with the purchase and fast next day shipping. Thanks!

Looked new. Packaged well. Not sure of the battery condition. The first few uses after a full charge, I was surprised that it needed plugged in after a partial day of use, but I didn’t time it either.

It was just great working with RefurbLane on our laptop no problems with it it was just like they described it in near perfect condition. My wife and I both love it and at 1/3 the cost of a new one you can't go wrong. We'll be working with RefurbLane in the furniture for sure.

Here's my issue, when it arrived, I was excited... New computer new vibes... However, I am not computer expert, but it wasn't well put together. It looks like it was slightly rushed.... Side panels, Side screen, (I think it's the black plastic) was not properly put the together. Hope this makes sense, you can tell it's refurbished that's great. The fact is it wasn't put together well, and one can see it in the appearance...

Everything is great except for the little detail that this was stated to have Bluetooth or WiFi capabilities and it has neither.
