It went very well. The package arrived sooner than originally forecast and it was well packaged to prevent damage. The computer was responsive as soon as it arrived. I had no problem creating new accounts and accessing the controls. It worked well with my dual monitor display without the need to install new video drivers. Now I need to purchase additional RAM to boost the 16GB that was pre-installed and everything is just as I would like it. I would definitely purchase another device from RefurbLane. Thank you.

Excellent Replacement Keyboard. Just What I Needed! I’m extremely happy with this Microsoft Surface Pro Type Cover (FFP-00141)! It works great and looks just like the original keyboard that came with my Surface Pro. The fit, feel, and overall appearance are exactly what I was hoping for. After my original keyboard needed to be replaced, I was a little hesitant about buying a replacement. But this one exceeded my expectations. It connected easily, works flawlessly, and honestly feels like I’m using the original keyboard again. I also want to give a HUGE shout-out to RefurbLane! Thank you for offering quality replacement products like this available. The whole experience was great, and I really appreciate having a reliable option instead of having to replace my entire Surface Pro. Great product, great experience, and great value. I would absolutely buy this keyboard again, and I’ll definitely be checking out RefurbLane the next time I need a replacement device or accessory. Highly recommended! Thanks, RefurbLane, for offering this replacement keyboard!

Unit is in much better shape than I expected. A little scuff mark on bottom corner all else is in very good shape. Came with windows 11 pro that I added to my MS account with out any problems. Even came with factory charger. I am very pleased with my purchase from RefurbLane. Have recommended to friends.

First of all -- Good? I guess people are a lot pickier than I am. The machine looks great. Secondly -- I am experiencing the keyboard disconnecting when it is docked to the main body of the laptop, but apparently that's the nature of this beast, refurbished or no. In bluetooth mode this is totally not an issue. Third, the screen(s) is/are brilliant, the processor is super fast and when it is all extended it's like being on an episode of the Jetsons. That they are also touch screens is double awesome. And the keyboard is the same size as a screen, so lots of spec and an oversized responsive touchpad. All told, I'm really pleased and save a good chunk of change over a brand new one. Thanks RefurbLane for another brilliant experience!

The device works great, as advertised and at a discount. "Good" condition says light micro scratches. My power block had a good sized gash in it, but it's the power block and under the desk. The actual docking station is near perfect.

The iPad screen shattered two days after receiving it. Not from dropping it. All I did was set it on the counter. Since your warranty did not include fixing the screen for free, I had to bring it elsewhere. I need this iPad for work and your customer service team said I needed to send it in to evaluate it and see if I could even get a refund. I could not be without it for that long. Overall not a good experience!

I love the feel of the laptop in my lap. I like the solid state 256 GB drive. I also love how easy it was to set-up, bring over my favorites in my browser, and love that my password manager fit right is so easily. Only my banks and a few other sites needed the 2 factor authorization. The screen size is a bit smaller than my last laptop, but otherwise, this machine is such a good workhorse. At such a low price, this laptop was a very good deal.

Minor Scratches on the bottom back side and inside as well but overall it was good and perfect. It had overheated overtime but other than that it’s fine.
