I'm adjusting to a smaller screen and keyboard, but it takes NO adjustment to having more processing power! This is my very first refurbished device in my life. So far it's been a good experience. Since it's a good thing for the environment (and my wallet), I feel virtuous as well as clever.

I’ll be the first to admit I was incredibly nervous about ordering a refurbished laptop. Buying tech online can feel like a gamble, and I spent quite a bit of time debating whether or not to pull the trigger. After seeing the 5-star rating and the warranty included, I finally decided to go for it, and I am so incredibly happy that I did! The listing rated the condition as "Good," but honestly, if you told me this was a brand-new machine straight out of the box, I would believe you. It is absolutely flawless no scratches, no scuffs, and it runs like a dream. The Ryzen 7 Pro and 32GB of RAM make it a powerhouse for all my management tasks and spreadsheets. Having that warranty really eased my anxiety and gave me the peace of mind I needed to make the purchase. To whoever refurbished and prepped this device for me: thank you so much! You are awesome and clearly take pride in your work. If you're on the fence about buying, just do it. This exceeded every expectation I had!

I couldn't be happier with what I got. Although I can see why it was in the 'fair' category (some details in the edges and 86% battery) it looks better than I expected. I ran the apple diagnosis and everything works perfectly. I also ran tests with geekbench 6 (cpu/gpu) and blackmagic disk speed, everything is great. Arrived in just 3 days (Miami)

Phenomenal for what I need it for. It has a touchscreen which I wasn't expecting, but has already saved my bacon in a presentation where I forgot my secondary monitor. It also has a fingerprint reader so I can unlock it just like my phone. As for performance, it's absolutely perfect! Battery life that lasts for 5+ hours before low power mode kicks in, allowing me to gather data and present PowerPoints without worry. The C-cell charger makes for a quick sub-hour charge, and honestly the built in mouse track is super useful because now I dont have to lug around a mouse if I want to be productive 😆

Shipping was freaky FAST! I love her. She does everything I need. I have a desktop for work and just needed a laptop to handle my personal stuff - budgeting, resume editing, and my volunteer stuff. This is great for that and didn’t kill my wallet. It’s in awesome condition— I haven’t seen a scratch on it! I have purchased several devices from RefurbLane and recommend them to everyone I talk to!

The headphone jack doesn't seem to work, but I'm convinced it's a software issue and not a problem with the laptop itself. Everything else works perfectly, and I was pleasantly surprised at the cosmetic condition of the machine. I took the back panel off to see if I needed to dust off the fans, and it was pristine inside as well! I appreciate the attention to detail. When I'm doing basic web browsing, I can get 6+ hours of battery life, but SolidWorks (which is what I bought this for due to the Quadro GPU) cuts that down as expected, to around 2.5 hours. I'm really satisfied with how well this laptop performs and how well the seller refurbished it. Thanks to all involved!
