    Works great so far! Only slight scratches around the charging port but that's expected with something used and with the case that I installed you can't even see it. I really enjoy the large screen for music transcription and reading tabs/chords when playing instruments.     I’m aware there’s a Reddit group full of users who’ve had negative experiences with RefurbLane. I’ve known about the company for several years, but I avoided ordering from them because of those stories, even though some people did report positive outcomes. That said, I chose this device because it fit exactly what I needed: seamless integration between my MacBook for video editing, photos, and posting on social sites for my business. Using my Android device wasn’t feasible for the kind of smooth workflow I was looking for. In the end, ordering was a breeze. The device is a great addition to have in my pocket for business use, and I was able to get it for a fraction of the original cost. The one thing I would change is that I should have gone with the Pro Max instead of the pro as it is a bit small. That said, as with anything online, buying from a third-party seller always comes with some risk. However, that doesn’t mean every seller is someone you should automatically be wary of, this seller was definitely top tier in my book!

    Been wanting a new iPhone for a while but refused to pay att prices for one and will not do the installment to make my phone bill any higher than it already is. Seen an ad for RefurbLane a while ago and thought it was a ruse. After a little research I was still a little scared but read the return policy and warranty and thought ok this may be my best option. Well thank goodness I did. Got it in and went straight to ATT to have everything switched over before even opening the package. The first thing the associate asked was where did I get it. Told her and she gave me an off look but I proceeded to open the outside package it came in. To my surprise and hers the iPhone was in its original box never opened. She checked everything on it and confirmed it had never been used. Has 100% battery etc. everything a new one should have. Even came with all the free trail offers it would as if you bought it store. I am truly impressed. Will be ordering again for my husband and going forward. Highly recommend this site.
