I couldn't be happier with my new ThinkPad T480S, everything about my experience buying from RefurbLane was amazing! From the delivery updates, the quality in which I received the box and the excellent condition in which the computer was. My device is running like brand new, I would 100% purchase again from RefurbLane.

The laptop has been working great so far, in perfect condition, with no scratches and great battery life. Smooth user experience, it was also packaged safely in a bubble bag. The seller was also awesome enough to have it arrive fully charged.

I have fallen in love with this product. The seller provided excellent packaging to ensure the protection of the device. The shipping was fast (I paid extra, but still) and the tracking updates were quite nice. Upon arrival, the device was fully charged and had Windows installed with no password on it. I, personally, reinstalled my own operating system; however, the speed at which a user could get up and running was greatly appreciated. The device's battery health was and is at 70% upon arrival. For a device from 2021 I am pleased with the longevity of this battery. The laptop does die rather fast; however, this is common for Lenovo ThinkPads. The laptop does not run hot, is quiet, and the display is of high quality. The physical laptop itself was clean upon arrival and had no visible wear. Mechanically, the left click is a little worn down and sometimes gets stuck in place or feels inconsistent in the pressing of the button. Although, I am more of a tap on the trackpad guy, so it doesn't bother me. The only downside of this laptop, in my opinion, is the speakers; they are legitimately awful. Never in my life have I heard laptop speakers sound this bad. Again, this is quite common for Lenovo ThinkPads. I am coming from an Apple product, which historically has better speakers, so I was just unaware of this. Additionally, I am not a fan of how easily the black on the laptop grabs the oil off my skin; it looks like I just ate a triple Whopper and smushed the buns in my hands and then just started typing on my laptop, but I assume this is just the nature of the black color with whatever type of polymer was used to make the casing. I may be missing a thing or two, but overall 5/5. For my current workload and personal hobbies this computer is the perfect balance between lightweight and powerful. The laptop arrived in excellent condition, all things considered, and is aesthetically gorgeous. I will be purchasing more items from this website/seller in the future.

Excellent value for the price. The OptiPlex 7060 arrived in great condition and was exactly as described. Setup was quick, Windows 11 ran smoothly, and it’s been more than capable for everyday use and cybersecurity labs. I upgraded it with 32GB of RAM and a 1TB SSD, and it handles multiple applications, virtual machines, and browsing without any issues. If you’re looking for an affordable PC for work, school, or IT training, I highly recommend it.

I am extremely impressed by the condition and quality of this device. I have never bought refurbished and this exceeded my expectations. It came flawless and set up was simple. I love the feel of the keyboard! I was worried it would feel small but I actually love the size. The screen and speed are both an upgrade from my previous device so I’m really happy. This was a great price and shipping was exceptional. Came within a few days and was securely packaged. Felt like opening a brand new item which was nice. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Very well. I moved my 1TB SSD from my retiring HP 17" laptop direclty into the OptiPlex. Cleaned up the OS which was Win11 Home, and then upgraded it based on the fact that the mother board in the OptiPlex is licensed for Win 11 Pro. After some driver updates the system is running flawlessly. Best regards, John Billings

I had ordered it standard delivery. It took one day. The machine is in as-new condition. It arrived fully pre-charged. It is quick and good.

Lap top was great. Only issue was the battery would not charge initially. I had to use AI to change something in the BIOS but it was easy to correct.
