I will admit I was skeptic at first as this was my first order however it went smoothly. The entire process was seamless, simple and overall professional. I was kept up to date the entire time and the macbook arrived faster than I expected which was great! The MacBook itself is exactly as it described and works perfectly, I am using it now to write this. I would highly recommend RefurbLane as a great source for used tech that looks and feels like new without paying retail price tag. Not everything is priced competitively so its important to price check but since I got this Grade A MacBook Pro almost $800 off market rates or essentially for Grade C- Used Pricing or for parts yet it works like new. As a full time developer the higher RAM was required and overall very happy with the purchase.

I expected it to be in worse shape given I had picked "Fair" condition but apart from a few visible marks it is in almost pristine condition and works great!!

This is my first time purchasing a refurbished laptop, and my first MacBook, but overall I’m beyond happy with what I received! The main signs of use externally were 2 small scratches on the lid and a shiny keyboard, but the screen was immaculate and battery was pretty decent at 86% and 118 cycles. This is much better than what I’d expected from a “Fair” condition laptop. One slight gripe that I have is that I wish the packaging was a bit more secure to where the laptop and charging brick couldn’t jostle around in the box, but the laptop itself easily still fully protected by foam. Thanks Laptop Nerdz for a great device!
