    This has got to be my favorite purchase so far and the quickest too! I was thinking it would arrive in a week or something but it got to my property in about a day and a half. The packaging was well cared for and had plenty of bubble wrap. The main monitor box was in excellent condition as well and showed no signs of tampering. It was practically new but it was still stated as refurbished around the box. The display monitor itself works as intended. One of my main reasons to getting this display in particular was that it has a built in "hub" and a color mode that's for MacBook. The hub was what I was most after since the usb-c dongle I got from Amazon does the job but I never trusted it in charging my laptop with it. This display does an even better job by providing a display output, decent 5w speakers, and a few USB ports all in one connection via a USB C cable that also charges the laptop to give it the ability to have the device on "clamshell" mode so I can focus on one giant screen. Viewing and working on the display is super nice. I have much more space to split windows and view films. In terms of gaming, I don't believe it has g-sync or freesync even though it has a dedicated gaming mode (alongside work and cinema). I would like to mention that I have connected my Steamdeck to it and played games without a problem. The setup I got is okay at best but I have enjoyed my time with this display even if I have to tinker with it a bit more. Overall, I am quite satisfied with this upgrade! It has declutter a lot from my desk and given me a much better viewing experience for work and relaxing. I definitely recommend reading up on the other features and what you can do using the app. It's not needed but it gives you more control if you don't want to press the physical buttons!

    I’ve ordered referred computers from Best Buy and they’ve been OK. This one from RefurbLane is like an absolutely brand new computer for almost half the price. It was delivered in excellent packaging and everything has just worked flawlessly. On top of that having a computer saved from the landfill is always a good feeling.

    I have mostly positive things to say about the seller and device. The laptop arrived quickly, it was packaged securely, and was spotless with no flaws or performance issues. However. I assumed that by purchasing a device from a seller based in the U.S. that I would receive a laptop made for the U.S. market. What I got was a laptop with a French Canadian keyboard that I had to learn to use with some frantic Google searches. (It’s different, trust me!) It’s a relatively minor thing that I’ll get used to in time. I was able to set the device language to English, so I don’t think it’s worth the trouble to return it. But I definitely wouldn’t have bought this laptop or paid as much as I did if I had known it wasn’t the QWERTY keyboard I’m used to! Definitely an opportunity for the seller and RefurbLane to share a little more info before people make a purchase!

    I've had this computer for more than a year now and I can say I'm really pleased with it! I bought it in "good" condition, but I couldn't find anything that would keep it from being in "excellent" condition--no scratches/dents/tech issues whatsoever. It arrived quickly and well secured for travel. The computer is pretty fast and can handle Clip Studio Paint and play less taxing games like Overwatch on the lowest setting or very, very modded Stardew Valley, but has some lag issues when I go to stream these games on Discord, and it does run a little hot. I haven't had any issues with it slowing down so far. The touch screen is great and works really well with the pen I bought (I scoured reviews and eventually bought Renaisser brand one on Amazon). The screen hasn't scratched with use, either. Really the only thing I can say that I have my gripes with is that I wish the screen got a little brighter and had a wider range of viewing angles. I'd highly recommend this computer and refurbisher!
