    Seller gets 5/5 credit for how they handled the situation after initially sending me the wrong color phone. RefurbLane gets 3/5 for their canned response service reps and their inability to do anything for you other than initiate an exchange and tell you you’re SOL if the vendor doesn’t have the one you want. Average score: 4/5. I will note that vendor did get the correct phone to me the day after I sent the first one back, and it’s essentially brand new. Thanks vendor guy, again 5/5.

    I'll preface that my device has been mostly exactly as ordered and great quality. Price was great, payment options were great. However, some issues may have been related to my recent address change but some definitely were not. I ordered the device and paid for 2-3 day shipping. 3 days passed and my device had not shipped. RefurbLane connected me on the 3rd day. The reseller had issues verifying my address so I helped verify. And I do understand there were some weather delays in the resellers area I guess. No offer for refunding a portion of shipping was made and something that felt deceiving was the receipt did not show my shipping fees they were listed as $0.00 which means I couldn't dispute something if I even wanted to. There was no proper breakdown of services and items in the order. The package then still took longer 3 days to arrive after a 3 day delay a total of 10 days to receive my order. And when it did arrive it was delivered to my address. I have no idea why, as the shipping label clearly had my current address on it but it had a yellow sticker and permanent marker written on it that had my old address over top of my current address. Luckily I own the land and location of the old address and was able to retrieve the package. Lastly, the phone was listed as unlocked, and while technically it is, it's not quiet the way that I think should merit a higher price. The device boots with a Tmobile logo. If this were an android device that could offer custom operating systems via an unlocked bootloader such as a pixel this would be a big ordeal as carriers will lock bootloaders on devices to prevent custom OS if the device is purchased through said carrier. Just many undesirable things but ultimately the device is what I wanted and does work with my carrier. Just a little disappointed with the experience.

    I was told to expect battery health of 80 - 100% and decided not to pay extra for the 90-100% version. In the event, my battery health came as 92%, so I feel like that was good value. The condition was only listed as fair, but I couldn’t really see any marks or scratches at all, so I’m very happy with the condition too.

Only issue was that they sent me a shipping tracking link with the wrong carrier. Received a UPS tracking number but it came via FedEx. The actual delivery was fine and arrived on the estimated day.

    Order & delivery was easy breezy. It was well packaged & came with a charging cable. The I Phone 15+ looked better than good, it looked to be in excellent condition. After set up, the keyboard had dead spots on the right side, making it unusable. Phone looked better than expected but was not useable. There should b a better vetting process for performance☹️ That said, the return process went smoothly.
