I accidentally purchased my MacBook Air without realizing that it was in "fair" condition instead of a better one. That has not made one bit of difference! It looks good, runs well, does everything that I need it to do. Only thing is next time I would pay closer attention and make sure I was getting a silver or gray one instead of rose gold, but that is totally on me, lol! I am as happy as can be with the "fair" version. Thanks RefurbLane for saving me a TON of money! Highly recommend!!

RefurbLane has done it again! the first laptop I bought lasted me 5 years which was honestly longer than I expected from a refurbished laptop. I wanted to upgrade so I bought a newer model and absolutely love it! It says fair condition but honestly it is even better than fair! I will continue to purchase from and recommend RefurbLane.

The phone arrived in good condition, but I’m giving you 4 stars because: 1.) For “Excellent,” you’re showing a battery level of 84%—that’s not credible. 2.) You didn’t meet the delivery deadline when using UPS Ground… I bought it because of the estimated delivery time for someone, but due to the delay, that person wasn’t able to receive it.

Extremely happy with my purchase. Only flaw that I see is some light scratching on the screen and apple logo but only if your shining light on it so it looks brand new and it operates smooth like butter. I’ll have to get more products from RefurbLane from now on.

I did not expect the watch to be brand new and it works amazing. The charging is great. It was exactly what I ordered in the Apple package.

This was my dream phone before I got pressured into getting the newer at the time iPhone, ended up getting it later and loving it. I've had no complications and it feels brand new and so smooth

I have had iPad Minis since they came out. My Mini 5 is about at end of life for updates. The newest mini is the 7 which came out in 2024. I compared Apple's price and trade in to yours. They offered a better trade in by $40 but the exact same machine cost $90 more. So I saved $50 and got it delivered at exactly the same time. I sent my old Mini 5 to your agent and got my refund as agreed. No hassles, no problems.

I was a bit hesitant buying the “fair condition” but it came great overall. A few dents and scratches on the outside, but the keyboard, screen, and hindge are all great! The battery is 95%, absolute steal for the price
