    I really like the tablet, it arrived in great condition and seems to work great. However I was disappointed that the pen included was not the original pen and does not magnet attach to the back of the tablet as shown in the pictures. This inhibits how I intended to use the tablet. It seems minor, but was pretty disappointing.

    I was having a challenge when turning it on and found that the case I had purchased which claimed it was for this tablet, was causing the volume button to stick. The RefurbLane help was excellent in diagnosing the issue and explaining simply how to fix it. FYI. Make sure any case you buy has the long volume button and not the short. They sometimes say they're compatible when they're not.

    We are using the tablet with a mobile hotspot to record wildlife data in the field with summer land-steward interns. They appreciated the addition of the tablet to the project so that they could enter data directly in the field vs re-entering data afterwards. We downloaded and used several wildlife and plant identification apps and had no problems running any of these. I have made many purchases with RefurbLane. Products that were not satisfactory were quickly accepted for return without questions. In this case, we continue to use the table 4 months later with no problems. It is a basic product without a lot of extra memory but works perfectly for our purpose. If I were to purchase something for personal use, I would have gotten something with more memory.

    My Tab P12 works well. I use it at school 6 hours/day and the battery struggles to keep up on some days, but it does all the stuff I need it to. It's got a good processor, nice big screen. My device gets 4 stars because it came with a little adhesive sticking out near one section of the screen (clearly the screen had been replaced before the sale, and it wasn't cleaned up all the way). no scratches on it, though. I trust RefurbLane to get me good equipment.

    the tab A8 was just fine I was just expecting more performance it was really slow compared to what is available now the priest was the price was fine for what he did I didn't realize that it didn't handle USB storage drives and that is really a must 32 GB is not nearly enough for all my school work

    I liked the tablet, BUT! It broke the next day I received it, but there was no selection to put that it fell and broke I returned it but the seller didn't want to fix it or send me a replacement so I'm out of a tablet I did like the tablet though.     It feels almost perfect, however the microphone mute button is too sticky to even work properly, and the right stick has the beginnings of downwards stick drift. It's not noticeable yet, but a game that shows you your direct inputs let's me see that the right stick already pulls down a tiny bit when in it's neutral state. It's not enough yet to affect gameplay, as standard dead zone settings cover it, but it eventually will affect the usability
