    The unit was visually fine, but on first boot was immediately met with a Startup Repair process which failed. All attempts to do an automatic repair, failed. (The unit was already updated to Windows 11, not Windows 10 as advertised - so I did a clean install from a USB Installation I created on a friend's PC. Upon installing, setup could not complete because Windows 11 requires internet to login, and it turns out this PC did NOT have Wifi / Bluetooth as advertised. I had to get a long ethernet cable to connect to a router on another floor. At this point, I went through too much work to bother returning the unit, but it was not as advertised. RefurbLane gave me that option, or a $40 voucher to use on a future purchase, which I opted for, to save time and money on a return. It worked out, but I wish items were properly refurbished/tested, to avoid wasteful unnecessary returns.

    I am writing this from my new computer. I couldn't be happier with it! I bought it to use for my recording program I use. It required a 64 bit OS with at least 4 Gb of RAM. This laptop has 4 times the RAM and is faster than my Dell 3467 PC. The recording program I use works flawlessly with it. The product came a day ahead of schedule. It does have a scratch on the screen but I can live with that. For the price, I got quite a bargain. I would recommend RefurbLane to everyone looking for a good buy! Thank you.

    It works great, it's in great condition, but only thing is it was tagged as having wi-fi and it does not. On this model, the feature is optional, so some of them do have it, and others don't. I purchased a separate adapter to add wireless capability. Would have been nice to know ahead of time, though
