    The only issues that I have had is with the battery life. It "dies" around 60%; thats when I get all the warning notifications and it goes into low power mode. Shortly after that, within 45 seconds, it turns off. And it gets very hot, almost too hot to the touch, so I prop it up to get some better air flow. Everything else has been great, ive already ran about 10k photos through lightroom on it without a hitch, ram is good, i use an ssd so internal memory isnt relevant, the screen and colors are fantastic. Definitely an improvement over my last few laptops.

    I honestly suck at using electronics and so far the issues have been not with the computer but with the account and verification loops. The computer itself runs well, looks nice, and conveniently makes the letters visible in the dark. It arrived very promptly as well and I didn't even have to spend extra for quick shipping. So far, so good.

    The iPhone arrived in a couple of days. It's in such nice condition without even a scratch it easily looks like a new phone. With some guidance from Apple support to make sure all went well the phones files and icons were installed from the iCloud and the layout was just the same as my 5s model. I'm pleased with the operations of the latest iOS 15 which is faster and allows operation of app's the iOS 12 didn't. This is the 64G model and I suspect a game player needed more memory and traded it in. For me it more than enough as I'm using only 15G. My use is for calls, text message, notification of pop3 email as well as a couple of practical app's like food list, UPS and Amazon. This was good buy.

    RefurbLane was an outstanding option for my needs. I was shopping for a mobile phone to connect to an Insulin pump. The phone's only requirement was that it would pair with the Dexcom glucose monitoring system and be able to connect to WiFi. The Galaxy A42 checked on all points plus it has a pretty nice camera. It was locked, which didn't matter since Cell service was not needed. The phone was polished and unscarred- it looked like it had never been used. And delivery was quick. Overall very pleased and will definitely shop RefurbLane again.

    The quality of the phone is amazing. I sometimes forget it was refurbished and not brand new.
