The only reason I'm giving this a 4 instead of a 5 is because there were no disclosures about specific signs of wear. While the Switch 2 is in excellent condition overall, there are two small pits in the center of the screen. They are mostly negligible once you move through gameplay and menus, but every now and again I can see the two pits and it's a little annoying that it wasn't disclosed in the listing. This is both a seller and RefurbLane issue where additional, much appreciated, information about the item needs to be clearly stated in a dedicated item description section so buyers have a better idea of what they're purchasing rather than trusting the general "excellent" label.

Item arrived neatly organized and packaged. I did a quick test and it appears to be fully functional at this time. Better cosmetic condition than I was expecting. Happy overall with purchase.

Works great! No box but you’d think it was brand new if it came with one. One tiny baby scratch on the screen in the top left corner but it’s practically invisible now that a screen protector has been put on. Another win from RefurbLane! Thank you!!!
