Love these headphones, I'm currently wearing them. As anticipated with Sennheiser, the Sound Quality is exceptional. Very comfortable for long stretches of studying or sweaty work-outs. The headphones came in their original box with a small case and cable set. I would have even called these headphones "like new" before I started wearing them everywhere... Also a personal thank you to Sennheiser for refurbishing your own devices and selling them at an affordable price. We need more large manufacturers who know and love the value of refurbished goods and the right to repair.

The quality of these headphones are very good. It is made of plastic but even then it doesn’t feel cheap. The sound quality of these headphones lean more towards the highs and mids so naturally there isn’t much for bass as compared to other headphones, but other headphones might not have the highs and mids of these. It’s all about what you listen to. As far as receiving the headphones it was a great experience. I got my shipping confirmation and an email from RefurbLane and I received my product within about a week. The noise canceling on these headphones does give a bit of a hissing sound when playing audio on a low volume but once you raise it up it’s practically gone. Oh yeah they sound very good. By far the best I’ve heard.

The headphones looks brand new. I've tested all the buttons and functionalities and everything works as described. It came in the original product box instead of generic ones. The delivery was according to the schedule and on time. I liked the overall experience of buying at RefurbLane and the seller "Sennheiser Consumer Audio".

Build quality is great, bluetooth connectivity range is probably the best of any headphone I have owned. The only thing I would want other folks who are interested in these to know is that the frequency response is VERY FLAT. So it might be good for amateur/intermediate music production mixing through the wired connection. Otherwise, they're a great value. Not like TOP BEST QUALITY AVAILABLE. But quite good for the price. And that's coming from a real audiophile. Plus the refurb was excellent, would have never known they were aftermarket.

Second headphones I've ordered. I'm very satisfied. Although the price was around $50 less than new set, but I'm returning customer to RefurbLane. I've got the headphones in the open box, with warranty, instructions, case and necessary wires for charging.

Like New … you all need a category “ Opened Box” … amazing sound for reasonable price! Almost as good as my Sennheiser 598s ( Next Gen. Bridge wired headphones) … and that’s saying something! … needed wireless steaming headphones 👍🎧… I
