Netgear Nighthawk MR1100 Router

Read before buying! The product was in its original box. It did not come with a manual. But because I’ve been doing my own research on the product for weeks, I was able to use what I had and it was very easy to set up. If you know your technology, which I’m fortunate enough to have experience with. Set up should be a breeze. It came with a SIM card specifically for the type of device, and a generic off brand charger,l. I had then set it up with a AT&T plan and it started out wonky and kept shutting off and rebooting until I figured out how to access the device settings from my phone and used my macbook charger which was a lot longer and allowed me to place it anywhere I wanted. The speed is great, I chose 100gb each month, and only used 15gb from basic streaming and browsing but I’ll be broadcasting pretty soon so that’ll be the ultimate test. Thank you so much for the awesome support. I look forward to making more purchases soon! Probably in the accessories section. You guys rock! **Also I thought this was strictly a 4g lte only device but it also supports 5g l don’t think I had any difference when using either. But I’m just glad it works and I got it for a couple hundred less than other sites that had the item brand new.

Excellent quality just as described before my purchase. I normally don’t write reviews unless it’s an outstanding product or a very bad misleading product. In this case, the produced exceeded my expectations. I didn’t know anything about RefurbLane before my purchase and read reviews of the website and once I determined it had a good reputation I looked more into the product. For the excellent condition Nighthawk the price was half of what I could find anywhere else. Most retailers had the price marked above the MSRP. Another factor was that my service provider was out of stock and said next availability would be January 22nd. The product here had fast delivery options and lower price. I ordered the product and the shipping was very quick for the free delivery standards. The actual product itself looked brand new with no visible defects or scratches. The battery was also charged and I was able to activate without issue. Works as intended and does not have any blemishes or worn areas on the product. Highly recommend using RefurbLane for any device you may be looking for as I will in the future.

The only problem I am having is with the setup site it tells us to go to: http://wifimanager/en-us/ ... It doesn't take you anywhere. I can get it to work with my phone, computer and Fire Stick TV. Still working on it to work with my Samsung printer.

Product was in GREAT condition, but bad IMEI!! The product description indicates this hotspot is "locked" to AT&T. I understood that from the beginning ...I don't mind going thru the unlock process, it's easy. However, this MR1100 was still on someone's account in AT&T, and when I attempted to unlock it, AT&T indicated it was not unlockable, and that I'd have to get with the current account holder to release it from their account first. Bottom line, this was a bad IMEI. While the device was indeed in excellent condition, the risks of acquiring a locked device THAT CANNOT BE UNLOCKED is too great! I have returned it, and received a full refund.

It works excellent. Love the mobility Just don't like the fact that when I shut it off the battery still runs down. Shipping was great because AT&T ran out & I got it at a discount. The seller shipped it quick & it arrived fast than expected. It worked right out of the box even with a dead battery. (Just remove the battery & put it on a charger & it worked.) AT&T provided the Simm card.

The product was basically brand new with no scratches. It works perfects. Extremely happy with my purchase. - Rick
