Delivery great. Phone was in perfect condition. Everything exceeded my expectations. The moto z4 are not compatible with signa hearing aids. They will not pair. Therefore I had to return them which was a painless process.

I was aprehensive in buying a used phone. However, as old guy with hearing loss I like the ability to add the Moto speaker. The phone was shipped very quickly. It looks as new. I've had the phone over a week and it performs flawlessly. Thanks Black Market!! I highly recommend this company.

D Sadly, Verizon is telling me this phone is stolen and refuses to add it to my account. What can I do? The link for talking to the seller is gone. :( Phone is great, though.

It appears to be working better than my old one...seemed in better condition from the get go (replacing the one I bought a couple years ago that a friend dropped face first in the drive) Overall very happy with the purchase and quality. Have recommended RefurbLane to

I only started using it for the last 2-3 weeks but so far so good. No complaints. Easy to order and no delays . I received it very fast. It appears the battery is doing well and haven't had a problem but then again I am retired
