No complain, except Ithe previous owner named this keyboard was not removed. I guess this is not a part of your quality control process.

I bought this keyboard with my 2019 iMac purchase. This keyboard, which was half the price of a new one, looked brand new on arrival and has functioned perfectly since day one (I purchased them on January 1,2022). I highly recommend buying these used peripherals. I was reluctant at first because of the fact it is from 2015 but I didn't want to spend 120 on a brand new one so I took a chance and I am so glad that I did. They each only need charged every few weeks with daily use. Additionally my iMac was in PERFECT condition, not a scratch or mark on it and it runs exactly as described. I have been shopping for years to get an iMac but it was so difficult shopping on the other used sites. RefurbLanes site is designed in such a way that it makes finding what you want very easy and the prices are great.

Keyboard is in great condition. Looks new. Works great! Only note would be that it didn't come with any kind of cable/cord for changing. So if I didn't have a spare from other apple products, I would've been out of luck.

Fast shipping and good packaging. Product didn't come in original packaging and missing the lightning cable but neither matters to me. The keyboard itself works perfectly fine. No visible signs of use or tear for being labeled as in Good condition.

I was really happy with the price and speed of delivery. However the “tab” key and “r” key are wonky. It’s almost like they are stuck. They both require a forceful push to get them to work. Otherwise, I’m satisfied with the keyboard.

Works great with iPad mini 7, only complaint is that I can't scroll using keyboard controls in Google Drive, Docs, or Sheets (I'm fairly certain that's a Google thing not a device to device thing).
