I LOVE ITTTTTT i originally ordered a 2022 macbook pro in ‘excellent’ condition off amazon. huge mistake. not only was it was scratched really bad, but the listing was incorrect. i received a macbook with half the storage than i ordered. i decided to try out RefurbLane for the first time instead and i will be telling everyone to come here for refurbished, used/older products. this macbook is in perfect condition. PERFECT. not a single scratch, the battery capacity is at 100% and the charging cycles when i received it was at 10. it was used and charged a total of 10 times. what an insane deal. i was shocked when i saw how perfect this thing is. i ordered it in excellent condition and it delivered just as that. it came in the original box with the original charger and charging brick. shipping was fast, placed the order on thursday and it delivered monday. if it wasn’t for the weekend it would of came in 2 days via fedex. customer service responded to be as soon as possible regarding shipping and they even followed up with me to make sure i received the product. if you’re on the fence about ordering from this website do it. you will not regret it.

So far so good! I have to say, this was a very good experience being my first refurbished...well anything. The laptop I received exceeded my expectations. I read a few reviews and came to the conclusion that the "good" condition was sufficient, and when i received it, it had only a few little scuffs, nothing that crazy so that alone was a big surprise. Not that the cosmetic of the laptop mattered, but that alone saved me a few hundred $. The battery was at about 94-95% of its life which is also a major win considering this is a 3 year old laptop at this point. The machine runs really well and as of right now I am really pleased with the purchase. I will be returning again for future purchases and have already referred a few friends as well. Good job!

I will admit I was skeptic at first as this was my first order however it went smoothly. The entire process was seamless, simple and overall professional. I was kept up to date the entire time and the macbook arrived faster than I expected which was great! The MacBook itself is exactly as it described and works perfectly, I am using it now to write this. I would highly recommend RefurbLane as a great source for used tech that looks and feels like new without paying retail price tag. Not everything is priced competitively so its important to price check but since I got this Grade A MacBook Pro almost $800 off market rates or essentially for Grade C- Used Pricing or for parts yet it works like new. As a full time developer the higher RAM was required and overall very happy with the purchase.

So great overall! Bought pretty decent specs and paid way less than a base model m3, m4, or m5 for the same exact performance that’s what I love about MacBook Pro is no matter what year they’re on even if you get a model from three years prior , it’s still going to be top-tier performance all depending on if the specs are right. Bought premium condition, which was the best for me because it came with original apple parts and not replacements. Battery came in brand new condition charge last over 12 hours. My old computer I would go to sleep with it charged and I would wake up with it dead. This computer I charge it to a certain percentage. I wake up, It’s at that same percentage. Bite the bullet and pay a little bit more. It’s definitely an investment and I can tell that I’ll get a good 7 to 10 years out of this computer.

I was really surprised at the condition this item was in for being rated "fair". It had a couple 1-inch cosmetic scratches (see pic), and that was the only thing I could reckon caused such a low rating. The battery was 88%, 78 cycles, the screen was pristine, the keyboard was perfect, the corners were not impacted at all. Considering the ~50% savings on a < 3-yr-old silicon Mac, I added a $20 thin case and I couldn't be happier. This was clearly a corporate computer as it even had a few months of enterprise Apple Care remaining. I almost didn't leave all this info since I'm afraid this awesome of a deal is likely exceptional and shouldn't be a typical expectation for "fair". But that is my experience.

i ordered this in fair condition but it came excellent, no scratches ANYWHERE. I originally ordered this same macbook model from amazon, but 2 weeks later the seller still didn’t ship so i saw a insta ad for this website and decided to gamble and give it a try. it was so much cheaper than what the amazon seller was charging ($900) for 128 gb of storage, i got this for 650!! and 256 gb of storage. not only did this seller (Omaha Blue) put in 2 day shipping so i can get my macbook early just in time for school, but they also gave me a perfect macbook!!! thank you smmmmm
