Real Customer here! Shipping was fast and efficient on time. MacBook Air was PERFECT CONDITION. At first I thought I got played cause it said something about an administration was on it but all I did was turn it off and back on and she worked perfectly 🤍 I’m so in love, will be buying off RefurbLane again for future items.

I am highly satisfied with my MacBook Air and will most certainly return for the purchase of other items! Product was refurbished, but you could not tell it at all. No dings, no scratches, works great, long battery life and came with a new charger and cube! A+++

I’m very happy with this refurbished MacBook Air. I ordered it in “good” condition, but it arrived looking much better than expected—honestly closer to excellent. There were minimal to no visible signs of wear, and everything works perfectly. The packaging was secure and well done, so it arrived safely without any issues during shipping. Setup was smooth, and performance has been exactly what I hoped for. Overall, this was a great value and a very positive refurbished purchase experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy refurbished again based on this experience

So I ordered this because I originally needed a new laptop and I'm very impressed. I just wanted to have something to work on that was more updated and new. I loveeeeeee my laptop. It came in really good condition , no scratches , no marks , no problems at all. I would def recommend getting this if you're looking for a laptop to do business on. I'm a restaurant manager so this comes in clutch for my meetings , emails , and other work. :)

Runs fairly well, got a fair refurbished MacBook but it almost looks brand new. Any imperfections are barely noticeable. Customer service was great and overall I have no complaints.
