Ordered a Surface Pro 3 type cover frmo RefurbLane. Delivery was fast and efficient and the cover looked pretty good but was about 1" smaller than the original so it could not fold down to fully protect the screen when not in use. It also would not work on my PC. Can't tell if the PC or the cover is at fault. I wanted to retuirn the product but could not figure out how to do that. Also to return it said that the barcode label on the back needed to be intact to return. That barcode had been ripped mostly off the caver and made it returnable according to the attached info. It seem I am stuck with a dud product without chance of recovery. Not happy. glfgr8 I shipped tis unit back to you in March asking for a return of my investment. I never got any response and am out the full cost and taxes involved with ZERO to show for it Why did this happen and how do you ever expect return business from your customers when the product does not work and you do not take care of the refund. It is abysmal how you treat your customers. I am no longer at the address thie was ordered from and am hoping I can get my refund check sent to my home address as follows. When I search for surface pro 3 keyboard, a keyboard came up saying excellent condition. Apparently when I clicked on it, it was taken to a surface 3 keyboard in good condition. I didn’t notice and bought it and had to return it. Further, the keyboard had red magic marker lines across it - wondering how that is good condition? Mistakes happen
