I purchased my phone from RefurbLane last year and was very happy with it, so when I needed a new (to me) ipod, I knew where to go. I ordered an iPod Touch 6th gen - it arrived quickly and was in perfect shape. Came with earbuds and a charger. I've been using it for two weeks with no problems - works like new. Very happy with this purchase! Update: the ipod crashed 2 days after I posted my original review. I've tried everything to restore it - even spent $20 on a brand new cable. I'm really disappointed, but I reached out to the refurbisher, so we'll see what they say. I'll update my review when the issue is resolved. Update 2: After going back and forth with the seller and Apple for a little over a month, I'm still unable to unlock the device. They won't send me a replacement product while this one is locked (which I understand), and I can't access icloud to unlock it because I'm required to set up icloud on another ios device, which I don't own. I'm leaving my review at 3 stars even though I just threw away $150+ with nothing to show for it, because it really isn't the seller's fault that icloud is set up like this. But I'm pretty bummed and definitely wary of buying another product from this site now.
