The device connected immediately and was easy to program and use. Would recommend again from RefurbLane.

Arrived on time. Works great. Came with the music of the previous owner so I had to delete that and set it back to factory settings, but that's the only complaint I can think of. Would definitely recomend and order again!

I ordered the iPod Nano (blue) in really good condition. It came with the previous owners music on it still and was slightly dirty/sticky but that cleaned right up. The only shows of use are the back apple/iPod writing is slightly discolored and not white but the rest looks brand new. The cord sent with it will change it but it will not reset it or transfer music, it doesn't recognize there is an iPod attached in iTunes. I luckily I have another old iPod cord and was able to achieve this easily and wipe it back to factory and load new music on it and rename it. I am very happy for my order and my son will really enjoy his Christmas gift.

Ordered an iPod nano - on time and just as pictured. Now a believer in RefurbLane. Big $$ savings.

The product works great a

The functionality of the wheel is not consistent. For example, trying to find just the right place and pressure to replay a song or using the menu button is rather annoying. Sometimes, almost impossible. I use this mostly for exercising and walking the dog, so it take more attention and presses than I prefer.

All seems in order. Thank you!
