Description of item was correct, shipping was quick and prompt. I'm very pleased with my purchase. it is performing all functions as it should.

I've already ordered from this site once on a refurbished 2012 MacBook Pro and they've continued to wow me once again. The seller also did well in packaging safely the product, making sure that it wouldn't break on transport. I really love how this is a combination of various refurbishment companies selling used products at reasonable prices & helping the environment at the same time!

Received my iPod and first of all it was supposed to be 16GB and it was only 4GB. Then I had to erase all the music left on the iPod, downloaded my music and went to listen to it and the headphone that came with it do not fit. Actually I even tried the headphones from my old iPod and they don’t fit. It seems as if something is stuck in the hole stopping headphone p,ug from going in all the way. I contacted the seller but have not heard back yet. So no I am NOT happy with my purchase and I spent $99.00 on it and I want my money back!
