I ordered an iPhone XS because I'm on a tight budget, and I can say without a doubt that my next phone will come from the RefurbLane! The condition was superb, and it even came with a screen protector. I was thoroughly impressed and have recommended that my friends and family exclusively buy from here. If you have any doubts about the quality or condition of the product, then purchasing a product in "Excellent" condition would be right for you. The device arrived at my door 3 days earlier than the expected delivery date. My only complaint is that the phone came with 80% battery health, but that's to be expected with an older device. It was also a nice surprise that the phone came with a promo code for Visible by Verizon to save $5 on my plan for 36 months. 9.5/10 would highly recommend.

At first, I was a little reluctant to buy a refurbished item. However, I gave RefurbLane the opportunity and trust, and let me tell you, it is the best decision I made. I was updating my phone from an iPhone 6s, and I was in the market for something aesthetically pleasing and reasonable within my budget. As tempted as I was to buy the newest iPhone directly from apple, I realized it was a lot of money for a cellphone. I always loved the simplicity and elegance of the iPhone XS design, and after looking around a for a bit, I stumbled upon a gorgeous iPhone XS gold in RefurbLane. I took my chance and I ordered that same day. It took roughly 4 days through USPS to arrive, and it came inside a small box, wrapped with bubble wrap. It included the charging cable without the dock nor the earpods (which is fine, since I already had my own). I have been using my iPhone for about 5 weeks now, and I am simply in love with it. The condition was marked as "good", and it has some tiny scratches on the sides, the kind you cannot avoid when you have used an item for a while. The screen is in mint condition, and the glass in the back came with some tiny scratches that are barely noticeable (unless you look for them). I bought a clear floral case and a heart shaped ring, and it looks brand new. The camera is in mint condition as well. I highly recommend shopping here, my experience has been very pleasant. I am actually waiting on my latest purchase (one iPad pro rose gold); fingers crossed everything runs as smoothly as my first one.

When my first order (ordered Good condition) arrived, there was a sizzle coming from the earpiece speaker and the battery health was under 80% so I contacted the seller (Cellfeee) and was immediately able to get a return shipping label to send the phone back and get a replacement. The replacement arrived a week later and they also included a free case. The replacement phone came with a screen protector, had no scuffs or scratches along the sides and back, and only had a few scratches on the screen, and the battery health was 84%. Overall great experience and would totally buy refurbished again and I recommend the seller Cellfeee.

I couldn't be happier with this phone! It came in perfect conditions, not a single tiny scratch. The phone works perfectly, and so does the battery - I feel like a have a brand new phone. It also arrived with screen protection and a phone case, so I was very pleasantly surprised about that. And in addition to having saved a lot of money, it feels nice to contribute to the circular economy, where we re-use things that are still in great shape.

I ordered an iPhone XS 64gb, silver, unlocked, described in "very good" condition. The iphone was in extremely good condition! The iphone looks "like new", with only a tiny, very minor scratch on the camera bezel that is almost unnoticeable. I placed the order on a Wednesday and it was supposed to arrive the following Monday, well, it arrived on Friday in just three days!!! The iphone was bubble-wrapped and in a generic box with a generic cable. The transaction was extremely smooth and so far, the iphone is working perfectly fine (hope it stays like this, but if it does not, it has a two year warranty). I got my cell from GadgetGone and I would order from them again. RefurbLane kept track of the order and sent me constant updates via email. Honestly, I was reluctant and apprehensive, but my experience was very good and I recommend the site.

I was very skeptical, and worried about this purchase. I am so glad I did it! I saved so much money and love my new phone. I spent slightly more for the “mint” condition. I am so happy I did. My phone looks brand new and they put a screen protector on it for me. :) the camera is AMAZING! The packaging was very secure. At first I was worried because it sounded like there was something rattling. Then I opened it and it was just the charger, the phone was secured! if I could give them 10 stars I would! Oh and I received my phone in 3 days! Customer for life! Recommending to everyone!
